“LOVED IT”
LETS JUST SAY ME AND MY PARTNER HAD A NICE TIME. THE ROOMS WAS WELL WORTH MY MONEY AND IT WAS NICE AND CLEAN. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLOSE AND WHEN I GO BACK I WILL ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOTEL
“Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!”
Atlantic Palace/Bluegreen Resort was a wonderful place to stay while in Atlantic City. It was very close to all locations, Outlets, Boardwalk, Amusement Park, Beach, and all of the Casinos and other shops/malls located on the Boardwalk. Our room was beautiful we stayed on the 21st floor and had a Studio Suite. The price was right as well for an off season stay. It was a gorgeous room with a spectacular view of the ocean. I heard the other rooms at Bluegreen weren't as nice as the one my fiance and I stayed at, so I would recommend anyone who is staying to stay in the Studio Suite or the Studio Deluxe Suite. The only downsides were some of the staff members at check-in were very unfriendly, parking garage is very small for paying $12 a day to park (which you better get there early or you will have to pay almost $100 on the streets a day!) Also there is a fee for wi-fi DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY this is the SLOWEST running internet connection I have ever used in my life. Free access to the internet is downstairs in the lobby but it also will not let you go on about 50% of websites. I tried checking my e-mail through hotmail and it was also blocked. Also do NOT wonder off from the boardwalk the streets behind Bluegreen are very hairy areas ie) Strip clubs galore, scanty people. Other than that I completely enjoyed my stay at the Bluegreen and will return in the near future!!
“Would go back”
This is our second time at Atlantic Palace. First time as a timeshare exchange and now as a rental from BlueGreen. Location cannot be beat and the rooms all have an ocean view.
“the view was worth it”
Had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk...great place to stay if you're not a gambler. The outlets were great for shopping. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking. :)
“Best location and great quality for the price”
The location is excellent, right in the boardwalk. The room is silent and extremely comfortable (the mattress is comfy) and the room and the tub, both, have a view to the ocean! It could use a redecoration, but other than that, no complaints! Definitely recommended!
“Interior in need of update”
This hotel is in a great location right on the boardwalk. Our room had a weird layout and it was quite small. Accomodations were for 4 people but I would not try more than 2 adults and perhaps a child. There were mini-blinds IN THE SHOWER separating the shower wall from the sleeping area. The garage was convenient and right next door but the spaces were tiny and the driving ramps were very narrow. Don't drive a big car. If you are looking for an average place in a great location then I would recommend this hotel for a few nights, but not longer than that.
“Had a wonderful time. We def. will go back.”
Had a great time. Friendly staff. Room had a beautiful view. Exceeded my expectations.
“Much better than expected”
The price was much less than other hotels on the Boardwalk, but we are on a budget and so took a chance. We were so pleasantly surprised at the outside appearance of the hotel, but most important, the room was ever so much better than we expected. More than a room, it was a studio apartment with an ocean view! The only carp I had at first was frustration at opening the hotel key access doors that allowed us to return to the hotel from the Boardwalk. Once we read the plainly posted directions, however, it worked fine. (When all else fails, read directions). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel unequivocally..
“rioka85”
Really good location, the hotel is really close to the ocean! We loved the ocean view!
“Interesting neighborhood”
The Bluegreen at Atlantic Palace was a very good experience for us. The staff is AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful, with the exception of the evening security guard. He was quite obnoxious to us. The only drawback to the hotel is...don't turn your head away from the boardwalk! It is is a seedy looking part of town, with an abundance of strip bars and clubs. Overall, if we stayed on the boardwalk, and not walk to dinner straight from the hotel, like we did one night, it is a great place to stay.
