Great Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, bright and beautiful with an awesome view. Jetted- bathroom was relaxing, fully equipped kitchen was nice. Location was right on the boardwalk and the parking garage was located right next to it. overall experience was awesome!

Pros: The bed was so comfortable and the bath tub was awesome.
Cons: A little decore update would be nice
Location: The location was perfect. Right by the beach in between Ballys and Resorts
Hotel was under construction so it wasn't the prettiest hotel. The staff definitely made up for it. They were so nice and accommodating. The elevators went fast and were clean. The hotel rooms were not the fanciest but it was clean and really nice. The ocean view was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. We went for a show at the House of Blues and the walk was nice and only 15min. Would definitly be staying again!!

Pros: kitchenette is great to have. Microwave, stove, toaster, coffee pot and refrigerator. Great
Cons: I have nothing bad to say
Location: Right on the boardwalk near the steel pier.
We had one of the newly remodeled rooms and it was very nice ! Loved the kitchenette. Really nice view of the broadwalk as well. Coming out the front door and you are on the broadwalk also. We were very pleased !!!

Pros: The hotel sits in between the Bally's and Resorts. So if you go either way your at a casinos. They also have a quiet time. Loved that.
Cons: The cleaning staff was bad. Our room did not get clean until we made a complaint. Than the evening clean came. Clara did a wonderful job.
Location: You walk out your on the boardwalk It's in a great location..
The front desk staff was very nice, especially Dominique. She made us feel comfortable when we first checked in. She gave us menu to order food and a room with a great view of the oceon.. Just very nice. The security guard even recommended a place to stay. The weather was the only problem, mother nature was not friendly, rained like crazy. We made the most of it.

Pros: The oceanfront window and location
Cons: Board walk door is inaccessible after 11 and the bathroom
Location: Everything is in walking distance, very central location
Very modern room. But the bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Great oceanfront window which was the length of the room. Plenty amenities - pool sauna steam room exercise room and game room also a family owned restaurant at the bottom of the hotel

Pros: the rooms
Cons: the look of the building
Location: great location, right on the boardwalk, among a chain of casino resorts
if you are expecting fency, chic and the glamourt of a resort, you picked the wrong place. this is a nice hotel for a family get away. lacks updating but carries everything one might need for a pleasant stay. the staff is nice and helpful. no breakfast offered but the coffee station is quite innovative. the building looks outdated and old. the rooms however are tidy and nice. located among a chain of casinos with quick access to the boardwalk.
