The view was great on the 44th floor and the room was clean. However, when we arrived, we couldn't access the bathroom. The doorknob was completely gone, the metal piece was the only visible thing, no doorknob insight. I tried calling and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Eventually I had to go find a bathroom and go to the Front Desk to report the problem. They didn't have anyone available to fix the doorknob on the bathroom, so we had to change to another room. I was very disappointed and frustrated because I paid the extra money to get the view and now had to leave because someone didn't do their job. Something so simple should have been taken care of when housekeeping came to clean the room. I was given a meal credit but not until I asked for some type of compensation. Customer service is lacking, I expected better service.
