Center of the Atlantic City Boardwalk

Posted Jul 17, 2014
Caesars was the right hotel for us. We wanted to be close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the outlet mall. Our room was huge and comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive. We were very happy with the choices of the restaurants in the hotel and across the street at the shopping center on the pier. The Casino was great and it was not over crowded. Crowded but still enough room to play and find a table or slot machine. I'd definitely stay there again.

I expected more

Posted Jul 15, 2014
This place was pretty good. I would have rated it higher, but there were some things missing. Like, why is there no pool? Or hot tub? A place like this should be more of a "resort" and have more amenities. Yes, the ocean is right over there, but it was raining one morning and it would have been nice to have something to do. Not all of us want to sit in the casino all day. And no wi-fi? Come on. Hard to believe it today's day and age that wi-fi is not automatic, and included. You had to pay extra to get it. Why? What they did have, was really good. Good restaurants. The bakery and coffee shop right near registration we ate at twice. The room itself was large, and clean, and comfortable. The other bad thing is Atlantic City, itself. We heard from others about what a bad place the city was, but when we got there, we at first wondered what they were talking about. Then we started walking around. If you get more than a block and a half away from the hotel, there are suddenly boarded up windows, run down adult establishments, dirty streets, and you start fearing for your safety. Stay in the hotels or on the boardwalk itself.

Horrible stay.

Posted Jul 15, 2014
The was handicap accessible. My husband is 6'6 so almost impossible to take shower. The room was non smoking but smelled like cigars. The room was beat up. Banged up furnishings. After we arrived we find out you have to pay $20 to swim in pool. Horrendous stay. Never again.

Michael Buble Concert

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Nice size room.
Cons: Better ventilation. Don't know how but keeping neighboring rooms quiet.
Location: Concerts at Boardwalk Hall.
Hotel was nice but our room had very loud people in the next room. Also cigarette smoke came in the vents. I would not go back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel right on the beach/board walk.

Stayed here with my wife for one night. Bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. We were a little thrown off with the TV IN the bathroom mirror (looked like the red recording light of a camera when TV was off) but other than that the hotel was great! We would definitely stay at Caesars again!

Room with a View?

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: Caesar's has always been a destination, a class property and our go-to place in Atlantic City. As always, they did not disappoint.
Cons: The type of room they first offered us.
Location: The boardwalk, beach, shopping pier and discount mall is right there. Good restaurants, shows and lively, fun atmosphere. We go all the time.
We paid extra for early check in and then went to our room. The room was teeny, right next to the main elevator area and in the middle of the service carts. The room was so dark we decided to lift the shade to find we were face-to-face with the folks in the main lobby! Our room was supposed to be a $400 a night room ... NOT this one! We complained and were finally given a different room which was much better, roomier with two windows and more like the room we were expecting to get. We had to wait for check-in for an additional couple of hours. But in the end, the room was great and we were happy we did not settle for the original room.

found hair and lip stick stain in room not clean!

Posted Jul 9, 2014
Nice short getaway but hotel did not live up to its name. Not with the $360 a night! And I expected a clean room but found hair and lip stick stain on towel. They must not clean and reuse dirty towels. Only ended up staying one night after this Experiance.

disappointing view

Posted Jul 3, 2014
we got into our room quickly as the lines at check-in were short. we got up to our room to find that our window was covered in a film to prevent us from seeing the view. well actually it wasnt as much a view as it was the garbage collection area. we complained to check-in who were kind enough to upgrade our room to a spectacular 16th floor space with ocean views and suite for an additional $40 per night.
