Pros: Beautiful and good location.
Cons: The front desk could tell the truth.
Booked a room for the wrong day. Yes, my fault. I told the front desk about it and she could care less. She would not get me a room so I was forced to go to another hotel for the night. Worst of all, the hotel would not refund me for booking the room the day later. They charged me full price, $230.00, for a room I could not even stay in.

Great business trip

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: The staff
Location: The OUTLETS!!!!
I was at Caesers for a business convention at Bally's. Everything was clean and comfortable, and everyone who worked for the two hotels was attentive and positive to be around. The locations of the convention events were a bit hard to find, but there were plenty of hotel employees around to ask about where to go, and they were always very attentive. My room was really nice: I upgraded to an ocean view room in the new tower (the Colliseum?) and it was great to hang out looking at the ocean while working on my laptop. The convention food was EXCELLENT - sushi, crab legs, lamb chops, and all fresh and deliciously prepared. And, it was great to shop at the outlets before heading home.

Needs a Facelift

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurants was OK.
Cons: Desperately needs a facelife - both rooms and casino.
Location: Location on the boardwalk was ideal - not much to do near by though as Atlantic City boardwalk was a ghost town.
Had an OK stay at what I thought would be a fantastic hotel to stay at. I have stayed at the Ceasar's hotels both in La Vegas, Nevada and Windsor, Ontario and these hotels were clean, elegant, and modern. Ceasar's Atlantic City was old, dirty and tired looking. The public washrooms were particularly disturbing. Management needs to decide to put some money into this hotel to bring it up to the elegant glory of its sister hotels or shut it down.

Excellent location, Vegas feel.

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: Excellent proximity on boardwalk and to other hotels and outlet shopping. Generous room sizes and modern décor.
Cons: Eliminate extra charges for WIFI, early-late checkin/out, pool/fitness room use
Location: Stroll the boardwalk, shop outlets, enjoy casual or fine dining. Check for events/concerts. Free nightly music-light show or visit AC museum.
Perfect location, in the middle of the boardwalk steps away from the Pier shops (high end stores & restaurants), within walking distance of other casinos, several chain restaurants and outlet shopping. Self-park garage $5 for guests with in-out privileges. Swift check-in by friendly staff (at 3am) & given a free upgrade from deluxe to premium king room in the Centurion tower with a partial ocean view. Room had plenty of space, modern décor, LCD TV, coffee maker & mini fridge and glass/marble shower. Daily fee for WIFI (no free hotspots), plus a resort fee (we didn't know about & they forgave). Our booking included a breakfast credit at Café Roma towards a buffet or made to order omelet (very good/still cost us $10 daily). Casino was clean (well ventilated for non-smokers). We played for enjoyment only (payouts seems low at all casinos). Bally's (sister property) is connected to Caesar's & suitable for younger crowd. Check out Party Pit for live band, bull rides & bar/wings. Or, take the shuttle (free with rewards card) or Jitney ($2.25pp) to/from Harrah's at the Marina. Nov/Dec is low season - few shows/events, many shops/restaurants operate on shortened hours or closed on Mon/Wed. Many businesses closed Jan to Mar for winter.

Good view from 3rd level restaurants at Pier

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Pros: comfy bed, clean room, room service prompt, close to boardwalk outlets and Convention Center, liked Pier Shops, more Cons: Wish Pier Shops opened before 11 am (and it was on a Friday!), elevators were a bit scary(shook and door kept opening and shutting on one), internet was extra charge

Hotel on Boardwalk

Posted Nov 8, 2014
Check in its at 4pm. I prepaid for a king bed. Upon arrival, they told me that they didn't have rooms clean so I would have to wait for a few minutes. This was at 3:30pm. They held my bags and they told me they were going to text me when the room was ready so that sounded convenient. After 7pm came with no text, I decited to go back to front desk to ask for my room. They handed me the key roght there but my suprice was that the room I was given was a twin bed. At that point I was too tired to go back to ask for the room I payed for and stayed here. The room had a door that connected me to the other room so I heard everything the other people were talking and I sure they heard me as well.
