Couldn't find my reservation, could check in and had to be dressed for a wedding at this hotel at 5:30, they had it under Jr. Rankin instead of Robert F Rankin Jr. missed the ceremony!!! Not a good experience!

Very difficult, and unpleasant check in.

Posted Apr 24, 2015
Pros: Good location, close to outlets , decent food venues, good housekeeping service.
Cons: Front desk fairy tales.
Location: See above
Room not ready although it was past scheduled check in time. Told they would call us on cell when room was ready. Call never came. Walked back an hour later, room was ready, no excuse for no call. Room was a windowless, closet less, dark cave. I was told it was only room available....questionable because the place was near empty. Returned to desk and given another room in a different location. That room was satisfactory. Poor attitude exhibited by check in staff.

My first time in Caesars, could've been better.

Posted Apr 23, 2015
The room itself was a decent size for me and my guest. Unfortunately it wasn't clean to my standards nor my guest. Bathroom was dusty and not clean at all, hygiene is important for every guest. It was tolerable just not what every guest would accept for their paying price. Casinos were fun until one bar waitress was rude to me and my guest when she personally took my rewards card out the machine declining my beverage that I've been waiting for for about 20 minutes and accusing of me and my guest of not playing on the machines and just ordering drinks. Negative. We were playing our machines for 20-30 minutes while waiting for our beverages. If the waitresses didn't take so long bringing our drinks maybe we wouldn't get so bored of the machine so quickly for her to think we were abusing her service. Which we weren't at all, we respect your employees we just wished they respected us as well.

Great hotel near beach and boardwalk

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable,location
Cons: Communication between the hotel and Cafe - we were given a breakfast voucher but Cafe would not accept it. And no place to sit to eat the breakfast!
Location: On the boardwalk and beach, very close to Tanger outlets shopping and bus station.
We had a good stay for a couple of nights, except for the fact we heard snoring from the next room all night long!! The room was beautiful and spacious and clean! The bed was a bit soft for anyone with a bad back. And no free wifi!! We were very surprised that we would have to pay a daily rate for wifi!

PREMIUM ROOMS ARE A JOKE

Posted Apr 22, 2015
I booked a premium room at about 110$ when the regular rooms were about 60$ that night. When I checked in at the from desk the clerk said I have a nice premium room booked for you. I get to the room and it was no different then a regular room seriously. I stayed for 2 nights so Caesars owes me 100$ or 2 nights free.

you should change, take cash for rooms

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: you buff price are a lot high
Cons: some prices in your eating places
Location: everything is cool
it was a nice experience, but as I said. when people are booked into your hotel you should take cash, not credit cards only...I know that people will make phone calls and things like that, but all you have to do is charge $ 100:00 dollars in cash, like you had it before. and things will be easy...by the way you can do it on both credit card and cash George E Brooks
