“A wonderful experience”

We usually stay at 5 star hotels except for the high priced ones in Atlantic City. I have to say this was just about equal to a 5 star - the hotel associates were more than helpful, the rooms were spotless, bed comfortable and they give you a carte blanche brealfast. This hotel will be the only one we'll ever stay in at AC again.

the staff was very professional and friendly. The double room was adequate. was pleased that there was a microwave and refrig in the room. The morning Continental breakfast was superb. And the price was right for a Saturday night stay.

“Great hotel will be back again”

The hotel was great it was comfortable and nice the breakfast was amazing, the hotel manager was extremely nice. The only complaint is the shuttle service, it was a beat up old van that was twenty minutes late, when it finally got there it could only fit 15 people and even though we were the first ones waiting apparently someone reserved it and they would be driven there first so we spent a half n hour waiting only to take my car and pay $15 for parking.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and the price was great. Was not disappointed by anything. The view was pretty sweet too!

great stay. free shuttle to the tropicana and located close enough to the airport. Would stay again if in the area!

Great hotel with a great view. There is a little beach right outside and the shuttle to The Tropicana is a plus! You can go have a fun night out on the town and not have to worry about getting back to the hotel :)

The whole staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was good and constantly tended to and restocked. We went for the weekend just to go to the casinos, the bus pickup was great. We didn't know about the little beach in the back until we got there but, it was a nice plus, nothing big or spectacular but, a nice place to sit and relax. I've stayed at other places in the area, this is now my favorite and whenever I visit AC, this is where I will stay from now on.

We were a little skeptical before we arrived mainly because of the price relative to other hotels in the area, But was pleasantly surprised when we first arrived and saw the outside condition of the property and the amount of cars in the parking lot. We were even more impressed when we witnessed several groups of guests come in and be called by name by Luis the desk clerk, and they responding in turn obviously happy to be making a return visit. We've probably stayed at "nicer" hotels in the past. But cannot remember one in which we were more genuinely treated better. We are business owners ourselves and would consider ourselves lucky to have an employee like Luis. His obvious love for his work and customer service skills are all too rare in this day and age. The small flaws in our rooms decor where greatly overshadowed by the overall experience. Luis, if you ever find yourself looking for work in the Great State of Maine, don't bother sending a resume, just come on in!!

“Yes, I would go back there”

Great service from the front desk employees- all was great here except for the back door entrance. We could not get our card to open the door. Also a man was there who said it did not work last year. We pounded on the door & an employee came & left us in. Apparently they do not want the door used but there were many cars parked in the back lot as the front lot was full. Otherwise everything was good- from our sign in & the breakfast was good also - lots of choices.. Sign out was fast - nothing to it.. This is a good place to stay - close to where we had to go..
