EVERYTHING!!! awesome customer service, my room was very clean, tv had many channels to choose from and was large on the wall, parking lot was full all weekend long, and clean. Most importantly it was quiet and peaceful. WIFI also worked great. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

It’s your typical road side run down motel. No updates in years, towels had hair on them. The say flat screen tv but not. Brkfst there is non, but Dennys is next door. Proximity to AC is good. On the other side of the road there wawa, restaurant and decent bar. Bad part is you can’t walk. Rt 30 has divider with 3 walk way crossing.

They put in their itinerary, free breakfast, for the price for 1 night $156.85 was astronomical. They did not have breakfast at all & the guy could only say “sorry boss “. I had the king room with a jetted tub with the jets were not strong at all. I broke out on my back & right arm after lowering my body under the water. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend anyone to stay there. The phone in my room was not in working condition even though it was plugged in the wall. The front desk person was cooking food in the office when I was returning the key. They lore people in by saying free breakfast & after they get your money & you wake up hungry, they have nothing but coffee. The guy said sorry boss my boss is working on doing breakfast in the future.

The room was clean but not fancy. For the price we paid for one night, it should have had another chair(only one in the room), a hair dryer instead of an iron & ironing board, and a small table to have coffee.

I would have changed propertys but judging by the local area they need the money. I was lied to the check in was at 4pm but it was actually at 3pm. The deposit was like he could eat tonight and he was likely confused to the amount. I just hope my credit card isn't being used to pay the electric bill. I offered to go elsewhere but he refuses to refund my payment. Maybe you pay differently in elsewhere but that $$$ was HIS stay or not. You can rent a better room for less grief. The hotel rejected the original comment so it's ok to cheat your customers as Expedia basically hid the real comment so they can get paid ethically or not. Pretty shameful for a business that's all about "the customer".No where is a mention of price or anything remotely close to a slur or an ethnic word. I happen to be mixed race so a slur would make no sense. Stop blindly siding with poorly managed mini hotels and hold someone accountable for their actions. You have tried three times and I have met all the requirements. No mention of price. No profanity.No personal information and no pictures at all. So either you don't read well or your trying to protect yourself and the hotel staff from their poor decision making. Just do the job your paid to do and stop the silly stuff.

Not nearly what I expected.
Anyone care to define free breakfast? To me it would be a selection of cold cereal, maybe some instant oatmeal, fresh fruit and juice, possibly toast. And if you're super lucky, maybe a waffle station. I received NONE of that. Upon check in, I inquired about the free breakfast. I was informed they didn't do that. I went to my room, checked the website (took a screenshot) and it said free breakfast. So I went back to the front desk, just to double check, and they said no. Ok. So I log onto the Hotels app and converse with an agent. He calls the property and they said they'd take care of it. I took a screenshot of that as well. The next morning I was met with: 2 dispensers of stale cereal (I tasted both) 2 bananas and 1 apple Milk and what looked like cranberry juice This, in my opinion, is not breakfast. So, I to go elsewhere to eat. The next day, it was the same offering, exce no fruit, but now 2 slices of what looked like whole wheat bread. I called the customer service number and explained my issue. They called the property. The properties response was: The free breakfast wasn't listed when I made the booking. The breakfast they agreed to provide was adequate. If I didn't like what they offered for breakfast, I should have checked out that morning. No refunds would be given. Where's the logic here? I have so much more to say but apparently I'm out of characters. If you're thinking about staying here, don't bank on the breakfast!

Location was good. Customer service was minimal. Looks like they are trying to improve but still have a long way to go: carpet appeared clean but had an unpleasant smell, toilet ran continually, inside door chain lock had been ripped off the door frame (looked like someone had forced open the door)

Well I feel like I was robbed. The cost of the room for the night did not reflect the condition of this place. Where to start .... The wall paper is peeling, the bottom of the bathroom door is peeling and rotting away. The caulk around the "hot tub" was missing and it looked like there was mold growing around there and the jets of the tub. The lighting.... it is a poor choice of leds. The led tube on the ceiling was just weird and it looked like a interrogation room when it was on..... I now know how it feels to sleep on a park bench after a night on the king bed I slept on. I had more support from two shirts folded in half as a pillow than the ones here.... Finally the Continental breakfast. The coffee - brown water. The fresh juice - kool-aid. The cereal - extremely stale. Your hunger will be even greater because nothing is edible. I will end this review with a big do not stay here, you will regret it, I promise you....

Without permission or notification, this hotel scanned my drivers license into theor computer. Also, the address is incorrect. The hotel is in Galloway, not Absecon. It tooks an extra hour to find it.

The person behind the front desk was very nice. The room was in serious need of updating and we found a dead roach on the windowsill. We went back to the lobby and got our money back. We did not wind up staying here.

Owners were very helpful in fulfilling my needs. After a conversation with staff i discovered they just purchased the motel are are trying very hard to refurbish it. One room at a time. They work very hard...i wish them the best.
