The CrystalInn and Suites was a nice little cozy Hotel close to AC Boardwalk and it was affordable.

Its not worth the money they charge. I am not at all happy with the quality of the room, service and the amenities. Its just a ok hotel to stay but not worth to spend any money.

This hotel is clean and extremely convienent to all areas worth seeing. Good parking ,easy access and an inexpensive place to sleep is exactly what I'm looking for.

Location to the beach is great. Service at this hotel is very bad. The toilet had mold in it when we checked in. I came in to get breakfast (Denish and watered down OJ), the front desk guy was standing behind the counter brushing his teeth while other guests eat in the same small room. I asked them to clean my room since I was staying for two nights, I left the hotel for 4 hours and came back with my room still untouch. After the room was finally cleaned, I realized that the bed sheets were not even change. The same ones we put on the floor hoping that they will change them were the same ones that were put back on the bed (I knew because I marked them). We had to go and buy bed sheets from the local Wal-mart for our comfort.

It was okay for the price. My kids were grossed out by the condtion of the towels and the mold on the shower curtain. Other than the fact the beds were quite hard and the blankets looked like something left over from the 50's, it was okay for the price. I would stay here again, for the price, but I doubt my kids would.

Hotel is very conveniently located and well illuminated. Close to all major roads, highways, and expressways. About 15 minutes away from AC beaches and casinos. Gas stations, grocery stores, and areas for general shopping literally a couple minutes away. Hotel amenities are not the best, however staff is SUPER polite and courteous and will provide for whatever you need without giving you any negative attitudes. In terms of room amenities, I always take my own sheets, shampoo/conditioner, and hairdryer with me, so I don't care for them. Still, room had those and a nice microwave and refrigerator! Breakfast is continental, so it's simple: fresh orange juice, pastries, and the best coffee I've tasted in a hotel (this surprised me). Only negatives are the beds aren't too comfortable and if you have loud neighbors, walls are not the best. It also doesn't help that I am a very light sleeper, but who cares, I went to sleep at the beach. Oh and rooms don't have DVD players, although flat screen TVs are provided and with lots of channels. Hotel is under new management who seems to want to provide the best stay for guess and that's why I recommend this hotel. Next time I'm looking for an affordable time at a Jersey Shore beach, I'll book this hotel again.

Appears to be recently renovated and under new management I stayed for 2 nights. The first night, was a nightmare! I was given a room facing the main road and with windows on 2 sides of my room, noise of traffic from the road was extremely loud, and I was unable to sleep Next morning, I went an requested a room away from the main road. i had to literally beg / plead .......... to shift me to a different and quieter room Once done ............... I had NO COMPLAINTS Well maintained, extremely clean, LCD TV, Micro / Fridge , Wi-Fi ......... CAN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER! Free breakfast ??????????? LOL Danish / Pastry / Coffee

“Stingy Hotel”

The room was ok besides the toilet bowl paper and the blanket being thinner than a sheet of paper. The location is good, about 15 minutes from Atlantic City. When I called the front desk to ask for a late check out of an hour more I was told that it would be an extra cost per hour that I stood past the 11 a.m. check out time. The front office attendant couldn't even give me a courtesy late check out for a one hour difference. Every other hotel/motel that I have stood at has always given me this as a courtesy if needed of one or more hours at no cost. That right there blew my entire experience of an OK place to stay. The front attendant told me that it was the "policy" as if there was no way possible of extending a courtesy late check out!!!!!
