Hotel was extremely close to the boardwalk

Posted Sep 28, 2014
The hotel was average. Its was extremely close to the boardwalk which was a positive. On the other hand, our bathroom wasn't cleaned and trash was left behind. Also the bathroom was extremely small. In addition, I had to ask for additional towels.

Expensive for what it offered

Pros: Close to boardwalk.
Hotel was close to the board walk. The rooms were very out dated and dark. The free breakfast was coffee and toast. Very disappointing for the money.

there are 2 days inn in atlantic city did not kno

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: close down the motel ps I won't use expedia again if this is what you promote or advertise
Location: we had to walk or drive every where
the days inn on Kentucky ave should never be on expedia it was horrible from the motel itself to the staff who didn't care the oceanview I had to lean out over th balcony to see water the continental breakfast was stale cereal cold coffee and a toaster that didn't work. the elevator went so slow you prayed til you got to your floor the room was ok but the toilet handle fell off the first time we flushed it this place needs to be closed or condemned our last day of 2 we were the only guests in the motel that has to tell you something

Overpriced and Rundown

Posted Sep 8, 2014
The hotel was in bad shape. The staff was not friendly and the inside of the hotel is falling apart. Also, it is in a very bad area of town.

Good location just half a block from beach

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Just the location
Cons: Hotel needs a total makeover ugly dark brown carpet, smelled awful, no attention to detail anywhere in the facility
Location: location was great, near beach, attractions and resturants
interior of hotel has a lot to de desired, very ugly mirror in the lobby, more for a spooky house

Needs a complete makeover

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: The location. I would expect a place with such a nice location would treat the facility with a little more respect.
Cons: Let me buy it and fix the problems, that are easily fixable
Location: Beach, boardwalk, concerts and trash that the Mayor should be concerned about!
Long lines to check in Trash starts in the parking lot and continues to be everywhere inside and even all the way to the beach. Staff unresponsive and appear to be automated

Great location, a little rough around the edges

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: It is only steps away from one of the best Atlantic City beaches.
Cons: Bathrooms could use some extra attention. Peeling wallpaper, mold, gunk in the crevases.
Location: Very near the boardwalk; Dunkin Donuts; beach. Stands alone in a block full of empty parking lots; safe enough, as no one can sneak up behind you.
This hotel is a reasonably priced alternative to the Casinos, though when you stay there you kind of wish you'd sprung a little extra for the Casino hotel. It's the kind of place that won't let you forget that you're poor. A balcony with a broken screen door overlooking a vacant lot? Oh well, you should have gone back to college to get that degree. Paper-thin walls that let you hear every bump in the night? Oh well, you should'n't have invested all your money in those subprime mortgage backed securities. Mildew colonizing the bathroom? Oh well, you should've married for money rather than love. This is what you get.

Pleasant stay

Location: Atlantic City always has a lot to offer... we tried out Amada at The Revel, which was truly wonderful.
The Days Inn worked well for a quick overnight at the beach.
