We are sorry that your stay with us was not comfortable, you had reservation booked for three nights for room with a two double beds.If you had bring your concerns to the front desk we would have changed your room and would have given you on a different floor or would have offered you a free cancellation of your reservation.Please, note that we have done you a little favor by giving you a room with a sleeper plus two beds without any extra charge for that, we charged you only for extra persons and we even allowed you to leave your car parked for couple of hours after the check out.Anyway we apologize again for discomfort and promising you a comfortable stay.Thank you for staying with us. We are sorry we could not make you happy. When you complained to the front desk about clogged drain we offer you to send maintenance guy right away but you said, your kids are in bathroom once they are out you are going to call us but you never called. Late in the afternoon we offered again our maintenance guy services for your problem but you said you have an emergency and you need to go. .After you checked out we checked the drain and found a small piece of plastic wrapper of the soap in the drain and we were able to clear the drain in 10 seconds. We feel, If you would have given a chance we would have solved your problem. Anyway Thank you for staying with us we appreciate your business and promise you a comfortable stay when you come back.

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy. You have spent two nights without any complaint and on the third day you were upset because you lost your black shoes some where and you had a feeling that you lost it here in the property and we informed you that no one has entered in your room in your absence and we even offer you to call police to assist you but you checked out after spending third night.We even look at the lock event and it does confirm that no one has entered in your room and it has been opened by your key only during your stay.It was something for that we were not responsible, still we wish you a peace of mind and apologize for a discomfort you have gone through.

We are sorry you had to get your key reprogrammed multiple time, we do not have any issue with the lock.We do have smoking rooms on the property and it's interior corridor so someone smoke in their room smell goes in the hall way very easily as they cannot open their window because of the cold weather and we cannot even open the hall way door because of cold weather.Weekend you stayed with us was very cold and freezing weekend and that is the reason even the parking lot was little bit icy and slippery.And I agree that we are outdated.We are in a process of renovating and hopefully in a year or so we will be all done.Sorry, we could not make you happy.
