For this property to be right next to the Tropicana it is poor quality. You walk into the room there's a strong almost overwhelming smell of lysol. That was a red flag to my wife she started looking around. The room was neat for lack of a better word, but not clean. The room needs to be renovated, not just repair patch jobs. Noticeable water damage on ceiling and wall. The bathroom vent was disgustingly filthy. Dirty and mold in bathroom cabinet under sink. Nothing was stopped off for dust or any type of residue. Scared to do think about what could've been on the remote. Nuisance complaint is the television size was relatively small in 2024. Would not recommend.

The gentleman at the front desk was VERY nice; however, the facility and room were dirty. We booked this room because it stated breakfast included, but there was no breakfast.

I paid a $10 parking fee, the room was very small, the bed was bad, I could hear all the noise from the room next door, and the room smelled like cigarettes. I will never use it again.

The bathroom was very dirty and there were broken tiles. The tub lost most of the top finish and there were brown stains all over. The sheets had used clothes smell and it appeared like it was not washed since the last use. There was so much dust on top of the furniture.

There were roaches at this property. I picked up my son’s book bag from the desk chair and I saw a roach crawling in. I was so disgusted. The property area looks so creepy and it genuinely looks like a place where people go missing. All night, a woman was arguing with a man below me. It was not an easy place to sleep. The room was outdated. I didn’t enjoy my stay at this place at all!

Very Clean Room, But Felt A Little Unsafe
Room was nice and clean for an affordable price. Customer reps at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I just wish you had an additional security officer on your property grounds because I was a little nervous walking back into my room at night because there were a lot of beggers and druggies hanging around your property grounds. Perhaps consider hiring a full time security officer to keep people from loitering around the property, especially at night.

Was ok had to park ar Tropicana. Paud 20 bucks to park at another casino because the parking at the hotel was wss a block from the hotel and very unsafe and unable to see my vehicle during my stay. I was allowed to park in there lot to unpack but not during my stay. Very unhappy.

parking is far from the hotel, and there is a fee of 10$, the hotel is not worth the price they charge. the pool and breakfast have to cross the street to access, as it is in another hotel.
