“Will always stay here when visiting Atlantic City”

This hotel is a diamond on a pearl necklace. There were so many hotel in this area and we went past each one of them. Each one had a cold atmosphere about them, the gounds were not upkept and the colors chosen were industrial. This hotel had perfectly manicured grounds for the fall, and it was a holiday weekend, when most workers are off. The green color was so relaxing and comforting. They also chose 3 colors for their buildings which I have found gives a more frendly outlook. Each room, even though they were nestled as all the other hotels, gave you that "At Home" impression. When we entered out room, we found a large space, giving us plenty of walk around area and could tuck our bags away and not have them sitting out to trip over. We spent a little time talking with the manager, Muhammed who was so friendly and always ended a conversation with "If there is anyting I can help you with, just call" He told us of a few places to grab some food. He was helpful with directions and seemed most caring about our comfort. We just loved this place and we will book with them everytime we are in the area. We have told all our friends about it and suggested they also stay there.

“Used To be better”

Low water pressure, Refrigerator wouldn't keep ice cream. Management hard to access.

“Would not go back.”

After requesting a non-smoking room, we were put in a smoking room that just reeked, and there was no way we could sleep there. We complained and at first were told that there were no other available rooms, but after pushing the manager put us in a new room. There were bugs in the bathroom and the bedspreads were not clean. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place.

“ROACHES”

Ive been at this hotel in the past...it has gone straight to HELL!!! The walls were filthy with snot, blood stains and other fluids and I fled the place after I turned off the lights to see roaches coming out from everywhere!!! GROSS AND DISGUSTING, I wouldnt jail an inmate here!!!!

“DUMP”

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty and the towels contained mold stains. Sheets had an odor. Unbelievably disgusting.

“Rude Staff!!”

We booked this hotel, due to passing by it alot of times and it "looked" new. We checked in at 3:30 pm and the website said 2pm check in. The office gave us our room key, we go to the room and the room door was open? We go in and it wasn't cleaned yet. So we go back to the office and the "office manager" very RUDELY said "your room isn't ready yet, we do the cleaning from 12-9pm!!! Why have a 2pm check in when we would have to wait, but he got a maid to clean it and we waited a half hour. We go to get in and now the room key won't work, so they give us another key. My wife took a shower, then I went to take one and there was barely any water coming out at all. Called the office and he said he would check the pump, try the shower again in an hour??!? The room itself wasn't all that bad, but wasn't the nicest either. We got back late from the boardwalk and it was our last night staying, and once again the room key didn't work! The officeguy said, we turn off our keys the night before , sorry and had to wait to get a new one. The service was horrible, the room was ok, but the showers are bad. I defintely won't stay there again, do yourself a favor and spend a few more $$ and stay at a more established name like Holiday Inn, Days Inn, etc...

“Empire Suites, Absecon”

The hotel is affordable and convenient. It could do with a little better maintenance. But overall, not bad for the price. I've stayed in worse.

“Price was ok but service terrible.”

Went for a weekend. Was excited to find nice affordable place to stay with casino within 10minute and places to shop and eat. But the service was non existing. First the pool was closed water pump wasnt working there urgency to get things taken care of horrible. There coffee was terrible very terrible. not once didnt the cleaning lady came to do any cleaning and got fresh towels because i had to call to get some. Too make things were me and my girlfriend ended up getting bed bug bites. Had to take her to doctor for antibiotics. I wouldnt stay there again. I rather would have stayed at the china village inn at least they have a jacuzzi in room.
