False advertising

Pros: Price.
Cons: Front Desk Coverage.
Location: Miles from Atlantic City, NJ.
I stayed too many nights here. They advertised free Continental Breakfast. Upon registration, I noted the set up for Breakfast in the Front Desk area. An early riser I called the front desk for FOUR hours with No response. Went to the Front Desk a couple of times while packing my car. NO response. They advertise free Wi-Fi, Could not explain how to set it up on the phone, had to go down to the Front Desk after settling in. In short, I will not be staying there again.

Sorry to hear that you could not set up wi-fi on your device. Most of the people who carry gadgets are smart enough to get the Wi-Fi signal on their device, in your case if you would have ask , we are here to help, but I assume you did not ask. We provide the code for wi-fi , which I am sure we did. Your other statement are not true at all, as we are proud of our room. I am sure you must have paid less then $30 and we provide our room which are equivalent to $50. If you are comparing our hotel to Five star hotel than sorry I can not help.

We provide sparkling clean room for which I am sure you must have been pleased. We offer complimentary continental breakfast not a full hot breakfast, for which I am sure you understand the difference. We do provide wi fi code upon request, which is absolutely free. Most of our guest are smart enough to log in to their own device(gadgets), if you had hard time logging in to your device we would certainly have helped you. We are not a Five Star hotel but we are proud in offering clean room to the guest.

Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: Wifi is a little slow and funky sometimes.
Location: Good access to all of southern NJ and Atlantic City.
Nice. Would stay here again any time. That's all I have to say about that.

Nice stay for the price

Pros: jacuzzi room. deep I only had to clean once hey.....wouldnt you?
Location: its a hike from AC so expect to drive 5-7 miles.
hey listen it is not a 5 star hotel but for the money it is very comfortable! Jacuzzi rooms are worth the extra couple dollars. newer hotel with all the comforts. Dont expect too much from staff.check in was fast and I was left alone. All that you really want isnt it?

check in about 2pm, the front desk ask for early check in fee for $ 5.00. I never seen this before. then I ask her why, she said because the rate is so low. What a joke! for early check in , we have to pay fee? I felt bad about this motel. I won't back again.

Great Location, Nice Place, Great Price

Pros: It was Clean and Well Kept, and close to stores and restaurants. It was also a Great Price!

I stayed at the Empire Inn and Suite for the 1st time in Absecon. I have stayed at many other places along the White Horse Pike over the last few years, and BY FAR, this was Cleanest, and Most Well Kept Motel along the strip. The Room was very clean, and had everything I needed for my Stay.............

Pros: the owner very polite
Cons: lot of things solve noice problem cross the street problem roomates speak iternational
Location: near cassinos area about 10 minutes driving
very close to main road to much trafic at front of this place ... air planes noice over youre head ....no easy acces from west to east and the other way around.. rooms very noice not for me or my family. room mate not speaking english

It's nothing but false advertisement

This hotel gave us nothing what we reserved .their continental breakfast is coffee (if it's ready ) and a mini muffin .
