Not at all as expected. We were asked to go on a tour for sales of timeshare before we even put our bags in our room

The rooms could have been better . More details to the room nd they charge to much for breakfast .

Relax view , awesome room and great hotel

Great hotel, awesome view and comfortable room, i highly recommend it! the only thing i would suggest is for the hotel to give a small or travel size toothpaste, and the tv cable is to limited needs a better programmers on the tv and the dvd.

We had a lot fun. We enjoyed every second...beautiful beach view...staff very friendly...nice and warm Hotel...100% satisfaction...

overnight stay

didn't like my room was on the fifth floor and the generator on the 4th floor running all day was very annoying

no parking inside.

Pros: JOHN the nice older man helpful,
Cons: tell the people that book the room that they did not have food, MON-THURS, HAD TO FIND A PLACE TO EAT B,L,D, ALL PLACES WERE FAR, HAD TO DRIVE TO GET
Location: NOT A THING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, WAS OK AT ONE TIME, NOT NOW.
none smoking room ready, had to take smoking room on 11th floor which ment no parking, was told to park on lot next door, but at my own risk.

Horrible parking

Pros: The staff was ok
Cons: PARKING SITUATION DEFINETLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
Obviously the parking lot at the flagship hotel is small and can't accomadate their guests. At 4:15pm the lot was full!!! How could that be when check in time is at 4???? I had to park on the street that had NO STREETLIGHTS!!!! How unsafe is that???? Not to mention my ocean side view, looked out onto rocks! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
