First time staying in costal tower and the hallway was scattered with old towels, trash and blankets from days prior. We arrived later at night and in no way early. The next morning the same items were still outside. There was a ton of hair in our shower and on the toilet. Literally shocked as I’ve stayed here before but in laguna tower and never had ANY of these issues.

I stayed in an office very nicely upgrade room. The bathtub was deep and huge and the shower was amazing as well. The bed was so comfortable that I would book again just to sleep it.

The rooms I had was not clean. The carpet was filthy & sticky, handprints was everywhere, nothing was wiped down, there was dried urine on the floor at the toilet, haur was in the tub, dirt was left behind from prior visitors and the wash rags was dirty. They gave us another room & a$50 credit for food and changed our room but that room was not cleaned as well. I didnt feel like complaining again so, we just made the best of it. We cleaned our own room. Luckily I always bring my own cleaning supplies. That was unacceptable! Housekeeping isn't doing their job properly. Would I stay there again? NO

You get charge even for WiFi for the TV channels, the pool is a mess you can’t take your kids there because is only 21 to get in the pool they don’t charge you for the oxygen you breathe because they haven’t found a way. The bathroom fan was broken, when I got to the room there was no remote had to call and wait almost an hour to get one.

I stayed for 2 nights and the phone wasn't working when I tried to order room service. So I had to call the front desk from my cell phone and I was told that someone would be up shortly to fix the problem and no one even showed up. I called back the next day and was told the same thing and once again to no avail. Finally after many attempts and going to the front desk i was told the same thing once again. And after hours someone finally showed up and said that the phone was broken and he never returned with a replacement. I spoke with the manager and he was very condescending about the situation and basically said that the cant be fixed and wasn't going to replace. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

They had express self check in kiosk, at least three of them was out of service. But then, once you used it, you didn’t get a key, we still had to go speak to a customer service rep. Would have liked it better if they had a few more options for food, but over all the stay was great.

When checking in they noted self park but we valet parked. I was charged $10 to self park and then went to valet to be told it’s seperate charge. I couldn’t pay the difference of $30 for valet. I was stuck paying $40 to valet even tho the person at checkin noted my reservation wrong for self park. No refund given. $50 to park is absurd especially when your teller made the error. You can’t accept the difference at valet? Valet attendant stated we only have options for $40 and $25 during the week she couldn’t charge me the $30 I owed. BS I won’t be using valet with you again.

Hotel and room were nice. Casino has gone downhill. Limited blackjack tables and the continuous shuffle machines are horrible. Not many open craps tables

We tried to use the check in kiosk but b/c we didnt get our reservation through Harrahs we had to wait about 1/2 hour in the check in line (this was around 11PM). We put our things in the room and went to find something to eat, they only had one place open (Bobbies Burgers). We bought 2 burgers and fries along with water for about $60. I had to work in the morning so we left around 7:30 am. The signage for checkout was unclear as in every sign told you to do something differnt. We saw one that said use your room key for free parking (to take it with you). When we went to leave the garage the key didnt work (the keosk said "key inactive"), there wasnt anyone in the garage and the call button didnt work on any of the toll booths. The only waynout was to pay the $20. To add insult to ingery we got chared 2x for our room stay. Needless to say we will never stay at Harrahs AC again.

The Hotel was ok. I think they should provide comforter's on the bed and either a fridge or a microwave. I shouldn't have to pay $200-$300 to up grade my room to have basic necessities. Also you already have outsiders coming in to the hotel to enjoy. So why charge the people that booked rooms $20 for parking. I ended up paying $60 for the garage, because me and my husband had outside of the hotel plans. The also need better ventilation if their allowing visitors to smoke cigarettes in the casino. So just a few discrepancy. I would go back , I would just be better prepared. For a first time experience it was ok.

W booked a 1200 sq ft suite. Well, checking in, we were told the Bayview tower was closed for renovations. We were given a room in the water tower, and I asked if it was the same kind of room, and she said yes. We got to our room and it was a basic 350 square-foot room. We had to go back downstairs and get back in line to recheck in to comp room as what we booked. A lot of nonsense and not even sorry from the chicken staff. We will choose another place to stay next time. And no room service is a huge mistake!

My light in my room did not work when I check in around 6pm and I had to wait 2hours for maintenance. I had a concert to go to and had to get dress in the dark due to no lights and or availability 😩
