Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Love the pool after dark. Had a awesome time. Definitely a do again experience.

The experience was not bad but not to good I think as a expedia member or booking threw expedia they give u the older rooms than the new ones the room was ok but not as I expected

Very good price during the weekdays

Pros: Tropical Pool on the ground floor and the view hotel rooms have in the Waterfront tower.
Cons: Air quality in hotel rooms even in the lobby.
Location: Ocean City should be part of your trip as well.
Everything good; but their mattresses is too soft. (I like firm ones)

Overall nice hotel

This resort has some towers in need of upgradation or repairs. The carpets had ironing stains on them. The waterfront tower had no waterfront view. I had requested for higher floor, ended up with 8th. The room door wouldn't open or close easily- made a huge noise. The shower had enough water, but the water had no force. The front desk messed up the check out date as I had left a day sooner which caused a lot of confusion in getting my money back. The front desk was never fully staffed resulting in long lineups.. Overall- not bad. Although, I would suggest Caesar' resort and casino on the boardwalk if you have the extra money.. Cheers

Pros: The waterfall buffet
Cons: The smell of the room and the hall way was really bad
The room was not that clean, the smell was bad. differently not for kids to stay. the pool was disappointing.

Good hotel great views

Clean room but the one remote didn't work and there was no stopper in the sink.the parking lot was a maze to get out. The restaurants were good and the prices were fair. The food court was good and right next to the pool. Overall a nice experience

Room was not clean

We checked in at 5pm and when we got up to our room it was never cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor, the bedding had not been changed, and their was underwear on the floor from the previous guest. We called the front desk and asked them to send a housekeeper but no one came to our room until 2:30am after calling numerous times at which point we had to change our own bedding. We were refunded for the room but we are still very disappointed with our stay at Harrah's and won't be coming back.
