One bad night

Room was dirty. Bugs flying around. Stains on carpet and ceiling. Smoke from adjoining room came through closed door. Disgusting sofa with stains dust and dirt. Casino very smoky. Staff uninformed when asked simple questions such as time shuttle runs to other casinos.

Pros: The room was comfortable
Cons: Move the smoking section of the casino away from the walkways, provide WIFI with the room
Not recommended for business due to the noise and the cost of internet access. Check in was a nightmare, with the line out into the lobby and no urgency from the desk staff. The walk to the conference area was not comfortable due to the smoke in the casino but this is somewhat expected in these hotels. The room was nice and the clean and housekeeping was very accommodating.

While everything was nice in my room, while walking down the hallway on the 29th floor in the Watefront Tower several areas of the carpet looked like they were bleached. It gave the feeling that some heavy partying was going on. My TV also looked like someone rubbed ski wax across the screen. So, clearly they are having some issues over there. Otherwise, the bed was good and the room was clean.

Great hotel Horrible WiFi

I traveled up for an online poker tournament, and the wifi couldnt reach my room, it was intermittent through out the hotel. Tried walking around to get a signal but no luck! Waste of a trip!!

Inconsistent upkeep on hotel floors

There are certain floors that are much better than others. Harrah's has invested a ton of money to update their hotel, but the inconsistency on different floors is noticeable and cheapens the experience

Excellent view from our room

Pros: the cleanliness throughout lobby,corridors and room. The staff always helpful and willing to help and with a smile.
Cons: Nothing. All is well as is.
Location: Did not venture outside. It was a short stay and the hotel met all our needs.
Was a birthday celebration and the experience will be always remembered!
