The most horrible hotel I done stayed at

Posted Mar 3, 2014
The hotel staff told me it was four blocks away from boardwalk no it's not the outside looks like we're in a ghetto somewhere. Hotel is outside of atlantic city town so far away. The staff was unprofessional completely it was like he was use to their guests giving them the many problems they had. My room was cold when I first got in put heat on 90 took my room dam near 3 hours to warm up. I seen a mouse as I was laying in bed watching tv. Such a horrible stay plus water was barely warm. Wouldn't recommend stay to anyone

You get what you pay for

Outside building looks sketch, but if you get a non smoking room the room isn't that bad. They renovated the inside hallways do some rooms are only accessible from inside the hotel. Had some issues with my first room because it wasn't cleaned by the day staff so they upgraded me for free. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All the casinos are within a short drive. If I come to AC again I'd stay here to save some money.

Okay Hotel If Your Low On Money

Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The good thing about this hotel is that it's not far from the other Casino's. Like 5 minutes away.
Cons: I'm really not sure because I was only there for one night.
My overall experience was okay. It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worse. I only needed a room for one night and all the other hotels were way too expensive. The good thing about my stay is that I have a girlfriend that's a clean freak. She brought our own sheets from home and every disinfectant spray you can think of. By the time she finished re-cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets I felt right at home and with a piece of mind. The rooms are cheap and if your looking to save money this might be the place.

Not entirely what I expected

Posted Aug 26, 2013
Cons: There should be a clear, consistent policy regarding check in/check out times, the pool hours and availability of towels for the pool.
It was pleasant and wonderful when I first got there. Room was great, comfortable, and had what we needed. However, when we went to use the pool that we were told upon reserving the room was 24 hours, we found out that it was not. And when we attempted to use the pool when it was supposed to be open the next day, it was still closed. The guy at the desk seemed oblivious, saying "yeah, it's open" when it was still very clearly closed. Then there was some confusion about whether towels were available or whether we had to use towels from the room. The guy at the desk suggested we use the room towels. A sign on the door of my room explicitly said that towels would be provided at the front desk, not to use room towels. And, I recall being told on the phone that checkout was at noon, yet a sign behind the desk said checkout was 11 AM. So while the overall experience was a positive one, I don't appreciate being misled.

Great stay not too far from Atlantic City Boardwalk. Offer a free shuttle bus to the casino. With a pool right in the facilities. The bed was nice and comfortable great king size bed. The staff were helpful and very approachable

Nice hotel. Close to the beach and casinos.

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay in AC and aren't worried about staying in one of the casino hotels, then this is a good option. It's very cheap. It's in a good location. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. They also offer a shuttle bus that comes every two hours and brings you to Resorts Casino. This is free for guests!

Roach motel

Posted Aug 7, 2013
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Everything tear the building down and it in a good neighborhood
Location: Boardwalk which is not worth seeing
We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. I was not able to cancel the reservation. It is is in a supposedly nice area, which it is not. There were stains all over, including the beds. Cracks on the frames and walls. Forst and last time. This is a bad area where we were terrified to stay in, no words can does robe this hotel, it is worse than terrible!!! Money down the drain. Never again! Save your money and sleep in the car. You are better off.

Cons: A bit more choice for breakfast.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old but is well maintained. It is walking distance to the boardwalk, or there is the bus for $1.50 or the free shuttle! This was really convenient for us. Breakfast was provided which was great. It was just simple cereal and toast. This hotel was great for me being 23 and not having much money.
