Pros: The friendly staff, and convenience to A.C.
Cons: Ensure breakfast items are ordered from the supplier well ahead of time.
An easy drive to Atlantic City... then you can get lost! We had to ask for a microwave(promised) for the room, as well as TV Remote. (TV wouldn't operate without it). Male guests in late teens or early 20's made lit miserable one night. They were yelling, laughing, running loudly down the hall many times. Several guests had to ask them to be quiet. This action was repeated every half-hour from 11.30pm to 2.00am. Not hotel's fault. Breakfast 1st morning was good, but the other two had very limited choices.... white toast or brown.

Don't stay here!!!

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everthing
Location: Good location
Elevators were down and had to walk 4 flights. No amenities, coffee pot, remote control, towels or maid service. The hotel staff wanted to place me in another room without cleaning it and said that the prior guest just stayed for one night. They also said that I would have all amenities in the room the next morning, that didn't happen. Pool wasn't open because there was no manager on duty. This was the worst hotel experience I ever had.

Floor wasn't swept. Closet doors broken. Not enough towels. Elevators not working only 2 ice machines in whole building worked. Had to take steps the whole trip.

Disappointing service

Posted Jul 11, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Service, service, service. Continental breakfast was also disappointing. The price was very reasonable — "You get what you pay for."
Location: Close to the Atlantic City casinos. Also not far from beaches in Brigantine, Ventnor, Margate. ...
Nice location, nice view if you get a bay side room on an upper level floor, but the service was disappointing. I arrived in the room, which was pretty clean but was stocked with only two towels and no wash cloths or medium sized towels. I had booked for two nights. I had used both towels the first night and left the next morning leaving the sign up on my door to have my room made up ASAP by housekeeping. My room was not touched when I returned around 5 pm, and my two dirty towels were still on the floor. I needed to go out for dinner and was pressed for time. I called room service and asked for towels. After waiting a long time WITHOUT getting the towels, I finally went up to the front desk and requested towels. It took a long time for them to get the towels, and still no wash cloths. I was late for my dinner engagement. Otherwise, the place is fairly new and the room was basically clean, the WiFi is very slow. ... The first time I stayed there were no issues — This was the second time. So I would say it's "hit or miss." You get what you pay for, but I was expecting better service. Not sure I will risk going back.

Worst hotel ever !!!!

Posted Jul 8, 2015
My room was dirty stains on sheets. Broken beds ,No towels . Cigarette ashes all over the window sill and floor, mind you I had a non smoking room. Beds were half way made . Asked to speak to manager on check in day , I was avovided and ignored . Hunted manger down on check out day . He had to give me a full refund ! At that time about 4 other people also got refund for a number of other issue with this hotel ! Don't go to this hotel you will regret it !

No Towels !!

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: It was close to A. C. or actually Brigantine where we go to the beach.
Cons: Buy more towels. You can't run out of towels! And a little more effort in the breakfast area.
Location: It's a few miles from A.C. There's also Smithville nearby.
Hotel was ok but the second night the housekeeping staff took our towels but had none to replace them with. We called and they said towels would be right up. Didn't happen. Went to front desk. Told towels would be coming up. No towels. Called agian and told the same thing but towels never showed up. After the beach, you need a shower but it helps to have a towel! Also, the complementary breakfast wasn't very good. One day there was no coffee. Another day, there was no milk. You get the idea. The next time i go to Atlantic City, I'm looking for someplace else.

We requested 4 towels and 4 wash cloths, we waited for 15 min. And at the end we had to come down our selves and request them at the front desk and they said they will send someone up. When the person came up to the room (208) he only brought 4towels at that point we were in a rush and decided not to wait any longer and just took what he had. About an hour an a half later going down to the lobby we seen the same guy with his cart containging towels etc... And we asked him happened to out towels and he had said that front desk only td him about the wash cloths.
