Over priced rooms...

I went to check at the hotel their computer systems were down. I had to wait over 1 hour to pay for our room, 2 people in our room we got only 1 wash rag, I asked for another one never got it. We were leaving the hotel at 4:45am on 5-17-15. They had a note that nobody was working now. I left had to call 1 hour to tell them I left. I paid 150.00 for one night was over priced shouldn't be more than 60.00. 1st and last red roof inn for me and my family.

Computers were down at check-in and one elevator inop but staff worked around it well and our stay was a good experience

Pros: The hotel was less expensive than the accommodations in Atlantic City and had free breakfast and parking.
Cons: More care needs to be given to maintenance.
Location: This hotel was about 15-20 minutes outside of Atlantic City. There is a nice bar/grille nearby called the Black Cat.
By the looks of it, this hotel was renovated in the last ten years. Unfortunately, the renovations have not been kept up with as shown by the numerous repairs that need to be made. One of two elevators and one of three ice machines were out of commission as well as the waffle iron and juice machine in the breakfast area. The breakfast area also had vinyl chairs that were cracked, and in some cases, taped over. In our room there was a stain on the curtain, a rip in the bed skirt and everything smelled of a weird must/cleaning solution smell, including the pillows, making it difficult to sleep. The staff member that checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff person serving breakfast did not keep the area well stocked nor cleaned and didn't bother to get dressed that morning. She was wearing sweatpants, socks, sandals and a backpack the entire time she was in the area. The most concerning part of our stay was when we checked in. We were given a room key and went to our room. When we arrived there was a Do Not Disturb sign, which we thought was weird. I opened the door to discover there were people's valuables in the room. We went down to the desk and they told us the people did not check out and disappeared.

Was well worth the amount paid! Didn't go to breakfast, but that was just an extra anyways. Also ordered food to the hotel twice and didn't see a problem with that. My room was clean, the hall way smelled though, but that didn't bother me too much. I would stay here again.

10 mins away from Casinos driving. Easy check in /out , great rates and very friendly staff. Room was clean the bed linens was extremely clean and comfortable slept like a baby. The only thing there not enough towels in the bathroom.

the hotel was fine ok price but the staff wasnt good. The only person i found ok was austin at the front desk. The elevator didn't work and we had to beg for towels.

The elevator was broken....could hear a ton of noise at nite. Didn't get a good nite sleep. Chairs in the dining room need to be replaced. Wallpaper was cracking and the toilet didn't flush properly.....

"OK hotel"

Good for the price paid. Strong musty smell in the room and sometimes the hallways. Would be good if the used the same air freshener they use in the elevators and lobby bathroom in the guest rooms. Only one elevator working, long waits to go up and down. No one usually at the front desk, every time you needed help from front desk you had to call them and they came out from the back room. Slow wi-fi in the guest rooms, better reception if you draw open the window curtain and move the laptop close to the window.
