Nice location on the boardwalkPosted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Pros: Loved that there were two bathrooms in the double classic room Very comfortable beds Close proximity to the boardwalk
Cons: Cons: The smoking from the casino drifted throughout the lobby and other public areas; would be nice if the ventilation took care of it in the non sm
Location: Right on the boardwalk, lots of places to eat, aquarium close by, not far from the outlets
Overall a nice stay; would book this hotel again and recommend to friends & family.

Smokey Hotel, nasty carpetPosted Oct 8, 2014
Well what can I say. I booked a room, when I got there they gave me a cheaper room that was old, dingy and smokey. I requested a room in the new tower, that was smoke free. The front desk clerk was not apologetic that I was not getting the room I originally. I had to ask if they were refund me portion of my money has the room I booked was cheaper than the room they gave me. And the lady was like "oh yeah, I will ask my manager." I refused to stay in the room, the smoke was stifling, so I went back to front desk and ask if they had any other room even if it was more expensive that what i originally wanted and they said no. So I left and went to the Marriott. I called expedia and they told the hotel would charge me 1 night penalty. So I had to go back to hotel and speak to Manager, who told me he could give any room I wanted. I tried to remain calm as I told him the front desk girl told me there was no more room and stinky room was all she had left. Eventually he refunded me everything and I left.

What a Wonderful Stay!Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Curteous staff, swift check in & out, beautiful view of the ocean & very lovely rooms, Resorts captures the charm & elegance of Atlantic City.
Cons: I tried to think of something but I can't.
Location: We enjoyed the ocean & go carting & holding hands at the boardwalk; eating at the Landshark and went to BILL's; bought way too much Taffy.
Haven't been to AC since the days of the PlayBoy Hotel, having stayed at RESORTS this Labor Day 2014 I am sorry I haven't been back sooner! RESORTS is the jewel of Atlantic City. The staff no matter where in the hotel were top notch & they went out of their way to accomodate us & help us navigate the hotel.

Not what we expectedPosted Oct 6, 2014
My wife and I expected a lot more from Resorts. We stayed in the are Redezvous Towers and the room looked very run down. The bathroom sink was cracked. The furniture and the walls had chipped paint. We had to set the thermostat at 50 degrees to keep the room cool. It was a place to sleep at night but more on the lines of a budget motel, definitely not worth the 331 dollars we paid. The Casino itself is nice, but there was a considerable lack of table games. We had a drink at margarittaville, it was nice. But the first night we went to Landshark grill and the service was slow. We waited for 20 min and nobody served us, we ended up leaving. Maybe we just stayed there on a bad weekend but I think it would take a considerable upgrade to bring us back again.

Hotel Location selling point.Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: Location and many places to eat. Staff was friendly. Cheap parking... $5 for our total stay. Clean Rooms and nicely furnished.
Cons: The bathrooms are in dire need of updating but were clean and adequate.
Location: Walk the Boardwalk and visit the shops and use the beach. Numerous casinos within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay at the Resorts in Atlantic City, NJ. We chose this hotel due to the location near the ocean and Boardwalk. There was lots of activity on beach and Boardwalk due to nice weather. Hotel bathrooms need to be updated but suitable for our short stay. Room furniture was very nice with a comfortable huge king bed, large flat screen TV and mini refrigerator.

Ocean Tower with a roof top view of noisy A/C unitPosted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: It had a casino.
Cons: Give guest what they pay for, a room with a view not of a roof and nosey A/C units.
Location: Other casinos, the boardwalk.
Hotel check-in clerk was not personable at all. They gave us a room on the second floor with a view of a roof top with large A/C units. The room door would not close because it was broken, so they moved us to another room down the hall. Now we had a room with the same view of the roof, but now our window was right next to the A/C units. They were large, loud and very noisy all night. We paid $689.30 for that view, in their so call "Ocean Tower". O yes this was my surprise gift to my wife for our 25th. Wedding Anniversary. I did let them know this was our 25th. anniversary and asked for another room. They said all they had was smoking rooms left. I didn't believe them. I'll NEVER stay there again.

Flash from the pastPosted Sep 22, 2014
This hotel is so outdated, the room hallways and overall look of the place is so 1970s nothing looked like the pics on the website. Wouldn't go back or recomend it.
