The hotel and accommodations were wonderful, but we had to wait almost two hours after check in to get into our room. We were told housekeeping was still cleaning. We had a show to go to and didn't have time to get ready.

The wallls in the rooms are super thin we could hear the people next to us tv all night long and could hear their conversations as well.

The hotel was very customer friendly. Attractions for the kids are very convenient to the lication. I would highly recommend this hotel for vacation. I look forwardvto staying at this location again.

The valet was rude and his clothes were dirty. Also they valets wouldn’t let me use the cart to bring my stuff to my room. Place is very dated. The front desk person who checked me is was very nice.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of quick eats options available in the casino area. It's also near other hotel/casinos right on the boardwalk. The areas off the boardwalk are a bit sketchy so use common sense if venturing further away on foot.
