“brings your earplugs”

We had been to Revel before so we already knew it was difficult to navigate. So I called on the way in to ask where to park to be closest to the hotel checkin. (11th floor) We were not told there were 2 sets of elevators that each service a different area so we still managed to get lost.. Our room was lovely except for the cracker crumbs all over the window ledge and the apparently unvacumned carpet.. We brought a bottle of wine but as there were no glasses at all in the room I went in the hall and found a staff member and asked for glasses. She said she would call to have some sent up to the room. We waited for a while and decided to go check out the hotel as not to waste any more time waiting. 2 hours later the glasses had not arrived but on our way back to the room we saw another staff member wheeling a cart of glasses right by our room. He told us to take some glasses but had not received a call. As we were enjoying our wine we could not but help noticing the increasing noise level . It sounded like a dorm party going on with people shouting up and down the hall. We could hear every word of conversation next door. We went out for a lovely dinner and on returning the din was even louder. We called to move our room to another floor. It was better but the lack of soundproofing in the hotel was disturbing. We could hear the base of the nightclub music all night long as well as every door closing. Pretty hotel, hard to navigate, nice employees

“Revel was ok”

The hotel was beautiful the rooms were beautiful, but they were super small. Also, the room didn't have a refrigerator so everything we brought went bad. Otherwise it was an ok experience
