Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel

Hotel was super clean, bright, fresh and new. Staff was awesome (especially friendly bartenders). Only real downside was the parking. The lot is far from the hotel, signs were lacking and valet service was confusing/spotty. Considering I just parked the car and walked/taxied everywhere not a huge deal. There is no casino in this hotel but I really don't consider that to be a downside and I knew that going in.

The hotel itself was clean and well kept. The parking was a huge issue and extremely inconvenient. Self parking was on the other side of the street at the Convention center. You could either walk outside, across the street, through the convention center and then through the parking garage to get to your vehicle or an enclosed bridge that connected from the second floor to that took you to the far side of the convention center. However we were advised this was one way access only, we could not re-enter that way. Either way, it was about a 15 walk dragging your luggage up and over curbs. No in room wifi either. I doubt we will stay there again.....if we only came to Atantic City for the outlet shopping, it wouldn't have been too bad.....

The hotel is more suitable for business because of the convention center right beside.

Very clean, very respectful. I loved the detail in the lobby, presentful. I would definitely go back. Close to the outlets, well literally right there. Loved it!

It's like home away from home, just with much more peace. Friendly and oriented staff on hand to service the guest. They have great response time when dealing with guest needs.

If it was not for me having my 60lb pit bull that was welcomed.They made my bully feel really welcomed.

Everything was great except the parking situation with the hotel.

For a Starwood hotel, it was just not up to their standards. The television, you had to click it on and off several times before actually be able to watch. The thermostat, no matter how you set it, kept the room uncomfortably warm at all times. I had to kneel behind a chair to plug in a floor lamp. Very un-Starwood. The toilet flushed properly only every other attempt. The tub/shower, had patchy spackling-type spots all around the edges. Just very unpolished. The final tacky piece, an envelope left out for tipping the room cleaning person. Just tacky at those prices.

For the most part the hotel was great, except the $10 charge for slow wired only internet and my car was returned from valet without my cell phone charging cable.
