The guy in the reception was so unhelpful at the point that i had to walk from the motel to train station with all my lugggage he couldn't get me a cab. Very low service, and he didn't provide me the real wifi pass access code! Which is at least should be done correctly, neverthless room convenient and area ok location. I wouldn't recommend to stay there pricey for what you got, no hair dryer, or shampoo provided. Furthermore, i felt directly unwelcome at first, no smile, or any other sign of polite behaviour, a kind of the worst service by far. So still keep in mind the way back to the train station when i had to check out, with all this weight carrying through and during more than 10 min ! Very minimal service provided. Please go check any other motel inn in the same area.

The front deck person was nice and sort of welcoming. The room was clean including surpisingly super clean bedding. The reasons I put 2 stars are the smell and dirty towels. The smell was horrible I couldnt even sleep because of it. It smelled like something very old and filthy. Provably because they didnt do even light renovation in years. Another problem was towels.. one of that was sooo dirty like somebody cleaned the floor with it. Picture attached. I dont think I will stay there again.

AC for one night
I specifically asked for a non smoking room and when I checked in, I re confirmed it was a non smoking room and the room reeked of cigarettes. disgusting. when I called the desk, they brought a deodorizer, which lasted about 20 minutes and they suggested I open the window to let the fresh air in. then I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. called the front desk again and they came right away to unclog it. the next morning, the toilet was clogged again. location is not bad at all and it was clean

You get what you pay for.
The rooms are cheap for a reason. Although service was friendly, the rooms were more than outdated. Not surprising for the price.

Why don't they keep up with maintenance?
All of the hotels on the White Horse Pike just miles from Atlantic City should be real gems, but the Indian families don't keep up with the maintenance of these motels.First, get rid of the carpeting that is so matted down, stained and gross. Replace with tiles! Keep up with maintenance! I don't want to see silver tape around the doors, windows or air conditioners! I don't care about the soaps or towels but after each person you have to CLEAN AROUND THE toilets and every surface before the next person! Make sure the locks on the doors are secure! Each one should have more than a push in lock! What a shame....

called the hotel at 02 in the morning and asked if we could check in early. with out a problem. checked in at 2 am 10 hours before checkin time

The worst room I've stayed in Absecon
When you want to enter the checkin lobby, you ring a doorbell. The person came out quite slowly. The first room key I got didn't work so I went back to the lobby. The person came out even more slowly with a replacement key. Her attitude seemed like she didn't care at all. The room itself is very small (the smallest I've ever stayed in). The door frame didn't quite match up with the door so light would leak in during the day. The only positive is that the tv has a set-top cable box with more channels than other places.

Second time around
Was very convenient for the price but wish the bust stop was closer coming from Atlantic city had to walk what seems like 3 blocks but other than that was a great place n close to the shoprite,Dairy Queen ,McDonald,Burger King n dunken donut n the staff were all easy to deal with my husband n I stay there for the second time over the weekend n had issues with them.

The room was disgusting! The lights did not even work and we had to use a small desk lamp given so graciously to us by the front desk staff. The windows were so old they were opaque and cracked. There were hairs in the shower from the previous visitor! The room smelled as if it had not been aired out in 100 years. On top of that, the manager called me no less than three times to "find out if I was coming" after I repeatedly told him we were driving there and on our way.

Easy access to AC, without the crowds & high cost
Our stay met our expectations...a Motor Inn obviously means you aren't expecting luxury. We were staying for the location and convenience, and it worked very well. Easy to check in, quiet, and nobody bothered us. They didn't mind that we checked out almost 3 hours late. Overall, we were satisfied :-)

In no way does this motel rate a 2.6
After I checked in, I checked the ratings on other sites. They go along with my current review. I rarely review businesses. What can I say, after years of noting how dirty this place is, on the Internet people still go there. ( see the other sites ) Why this site rates a 2.6 is beyond me. Now, in general things are dirty, and then you are sitting on the can, and you look down at the baseboard and see what has to be MONTHS of accumulated dirt. Unbelievable.

Great alternative to paying for atlantic city
if you're going to be going to Atlantic City for the weekend and don't want to pay the expensive casino rates, this is a great alternative and it's on the way to Atlantic City only a few minutes away in Absecon.

Bathroom full of mold in shower and floor. Room smelled really bad. Hotel needs total makeover. Very outdated. The smallest bathroom I ever have been in. Really disgusting.

I was very dissapointed the place was very run down. The room smelled bad and there were some scary people in the parking lot, I was traveling alone and didn't feel safe. I cancled my room and you were great and refunded all of my money. Thank you.

Like others have mentioned, it had a strange smell... Other than that, it's good for a one night stay as I was in town for the night for the Kanye West concert at Revel. However, my girlfriend and I didn't take chances and brought our own pillows and blankets.

Not Bad for an Inexpensive Room
For an inexpensive hotel room, it wasn't bad. However, I have cleaned rooms in the past and when customers stayed over more than one night, we had to clean those rooms while they were not in there, or with their approval if they were there and needed anything. This is to insure they have fresh towels and bed linens, and clean carpets. We stayed 2 nights and did not receive this kind of service. This would be nice as towels are small, and having fresh towels and bed linens would have been a nice plus to the stay. Overall, it wasn't bad though. It was a place to stay, a bed to sleep in and for that I'm thankful.

It was gross. There were burn holes on the comforter, the pillow cases were yellow. Wallpaper was peeling. The toilet moved. Myself and the friends that were with me ended up sleeping in our clothes. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.... Stacked on top of a luggage rack and not even plugged in. The power went out twice. The location was ok, we were able to get a cab to ac and it was what we expected.

Not a room to spend time in
The one good thing about the hotel is its location for a low price. Only a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk and the neighborhood isn't too bad. That said you have to put up with a "non-smoking" room that has an ashtray in it and smells like cigarettes, is very old and not well maintained, and looks dirty. Not a room you want to spend much time in.
