“A seaside gem”

What a pleasant surprise! The Seaview has the air of a stately old seaside resort. It is well-kept, with some charming old-time touches, like the original wooden room doors. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, with modern features, like a flat panel TV and free Wi-fi. There is a bar with casual dining and a pool bar that also serves some decent food. We didn't try the main restaurant, but the menu was very appealing. It's just the right distance from Atlantic City (which, frankly, has become charmless and corporate). In general, I am not a fan of resort hotels. But the Seaview is a seaside gem and I look forward to returning.

“Very nice getaway”

This resort was a nice tranquil retreat from the bright and noisy city. It is a little remote from the attractions of Atlantic City, but easy to get to and from and great if you are into golf.

“Great getaway spot!”

We went to the Seaview Marriott because we had a spa day planned at the adjacent Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa. The surprise was the comfort and convenience of the hotel (and we didn't even hit Atlantic City, which is only a few miles away!) After the day of relaxation, we stayed in and had room service, which was speedy and delicious. Since we live in New Jersey, we consider the Seaview a getaway close to home. We will definitely make this an annual excursion.

“Great Get-Away, Hope New Owner Survives”

We had stayed at the Seaview Mariott numerous times on business trip, and this time, for pleasure. It is a fantastic getaway complete with golf and spa and an excellent breakfast buffet. The rooms were lacking some amenities such as pads and pencils, available only on request. Staffing seemed light. Although this was an excellent stay, there was the sense that there was a need to cut corners by the owners. Hope we are wrong.

“Unexpectedly lovely!!”

My best friend & I took our daughters for the Cheetah Girl Concert and did not want the seediness AC, but wanted something close enough and fairly decent. What a delight pulling up to this gracious grand old hotel. The courteous & helpful staff, elegant & welcoming foyer and numerous amenities makes this 3 1/2 star hotel worth so much more! Clean, tasteful and well maintained. Will definitely come back!

“Sernity!”

Loved our stay at the Seaview. Very family oriented, the kids and we were comfortable sending them to the pool by themselves.Very courteous staff, great restaurants, beautiful dining hall. The location is brilliant too. Just 9 miles from the madness of Atlantic City. We spent evenings at the AC boardwalk, drove to Cape May, 40 minutes drive and spent the day at the shore. I would highly recommend the Seaview. Its a golf lovers paradise with beautiful golf courses. Itsthe hotel, the golf course and the ocean...uninterrupted!

“Great Bargain.”

Great if you don;t like the seedy nature of the Downtown AC area. Very classic feel. The 15 min. drive to the casinos is not bad at all. Definitely worth it.
