Too Rowdy A Crowd

Pros: Comfortable, clean room. Good location.
Cons: More security in lobby in the evenings.
On the positive: Comfortable, clean room. Delicious room service breakfast -- arrived hot and on time. On the negative: Room service hours are too limited. Hotel seems to draw a rowdy crowd. I was met at the door by a fellow guest who was drinking out of an open case of beer. Not a family hotel.

Never Again

It took over an hour to check in. We had to change rooms because the initial room we were given had not been cleaned. VERY NOISY! Complained at least four times and requested to have our room changed. Room change was denied. Water in the shower was lukewarm, at best. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Room could be updated a bit- wallpaper pealing I the corner a couple of chipped tiles in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Overall Decent Experience

Pros: Valet
Cons: Room Service Hours, attention to detail
Location: Taxi's were $13 max, so getting around wasn't awful. It's not very far away from anything. Walking distance from the Tropicana.
The valet employees were very kind and helpful. That's the only above average experience I had at this hotel, period. When checking in, I informed the desk that I had purchased two SEPARATE nights through Expedia. (I used my own card for the first night, and used my business card for the second. They were SUPPOSED to make a note that I would NOT have to check out the first night to be put into another room the next day. They were also supposed to charge me ONE security deposit fee but ended up charging two. On top of that, we were woken up the first morning by an employee walking into our room telling us we were late for checkout even though we booked 2 nights. Room service ends at 10pm. Nothing is open when the hotel restaurants close.

For the amount of money I paid I should have been able to enjoy more amenities, not even parking..... Hotel looked a bit run down.

Very Disappointed Guess

I had to wait over 20 minutes to park my car, they only had 1 attendant parking cars and i felt so bad for him. Through it all he stayed calm and very professional. What i don't get it's the beginning of the month and a Saturday and you only staff your parking lot with one person very sad and disappointing. Then you have the young ladies at the front desk very rude and not welcoming at all, i asked why i had to leave a $125 security deposit? The young lady was very rude and sarcastic like i should have known. If i would have known i wouldn't have asked. The room had very dirty glasses and the heating system forget it, it woke me up every 15 minutes very loud and old system and you would think a popular hotel as such would at least update there system with out a loud noise so their guns could sleep and not be frighten every 15 minutes... Thee only best thing about this hotel is that the Tropicana is a walk through the parking lot! Will never stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone!

There was no hot water and the shower didn't drain, taking a shower in a bath.
