Worst Hotel Ever...Posted Jan 20, 2015
This is a 2 star hotel at best. The hotel was DIRTY and WAY OVERPRICED for the accommodations. All of my showers were COLD- that’s right, NO HOT WATER and very little water pressure. Their excuse? "It was a busy weekend." Wait...for hot showers?? Hotel restaurant was CLOSED. Also, plan on carrying your own bags.

Beautiful hotel- awful service.Posted Jan 8, 2015
I stayed at the hotel for New Years eve. We went to the party and that was awesome! The restaurant was amazing with great service. However, when checking in to the hotel, it was awful. Very rude! I've worked in customer service for 10 years and I would be mortified if one of my employees acted that way. They have also charged my cc for $519 FOUR TIMES for one evening. They can't get it right for some reason. No one takes responsibility for this they only say "that's our policy" your policy is to charge someone 4 times for one night at your hotel? They will never have my cc info again.

OverBooked!Posted Jan 5, 2015
They told that there were no rooms and that they were overbooked! I had to wait an hour for them to move someone out of a room, reset that room to let me in.

Hotel staff was great! Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, there was dust everywhere and looked like someone hadn't stayed in the room in a while. Other then the room, everything else was great.

Never going back there again...Posted Jan 4, 2015
They messed up my reservation, booked three rooms and couldn't even have them on the same floor. The building is old, the eleventh floor smelled like marijuana however, when I asked the check-in counter the staff told me that the facility is smoking free. I had six people with me and they all confirmed the smell and it was very strong. The room were ok, but it just look old and one of my lamp in the room were broken. They charged extra deposit into my credit card, I had three rooms however they charged $150 4 times. I booked two nights, and 2 nights my room key didn't work and I had to go down to the lobby and check-in again. The staff was impatient, they just didn't care much. They only have valid parking, and it's 15 dollars a night which is the most expensive parking compare to other hotels. Overall, hated the hotel and will never ever go back there again.

Perfect for one nightPosted Jan 2, 2015
Pros: Vicinity to boardwalk
Cons: Wifi connection
Location: Across the street from the Tropicana
Pleasant stay. Was leaning more towards a 3.5 because of the miscommunication regarding late checkout options for New Year's Day and availability of valet parking after checking out. Overall hip vibe and pleasant stay.

Trip to ACPosted Jan 1, 2015
My booking for two rooms said Luxe tower. When we checked in, here was no way that was a 3.5 star room/ hotel. Luckily, Expedia receipt said Luxe tower. Security guard told us we were on the annex and pointed to the luxe tower. Front desk asked if I had proof that's where I was supposed to be bc it was booked through a third party and she couldn't see that on her end. Once I showed her the receipt, we were given a proper room, but next day, they charged me for vallet parking for both rooms and I self parked. Sneaky or a mistake twice, I'm not sure.
