Pleasant stay some disappointments.

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Convenient to the boardwalk.
Cons: The bar hours.
Location: Plenty to do nearby everything was in walking distance some a little farther but didn't need to use the vehichle if you don't want to.
The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean. Had spent more time trying to check in because they say that we were booked for another hotel in Cape May not at this hotel. The check in clerk was very accommodating staying on the phone with someone until he had it straightened out and he did apologize for the mistake it was stated that this was the first time something like this happened and it was due to the online booking. I had set up reservations for a couples massage for Monday which was a surprise anniversary gift to spouse and while heading back to the hotel to go for the massage a staff member called to say that a therapist was unavailable to do a couples massage but could do one person after the other person and offered a facial but that was not the reason to have the massage. Would prefer that the in-room dining and the bars had better hours to accommodate later in the evening.

Ocean View with a fabulous Bathroom

Nicely done and will stay again! On the Boardwalk and close to restaurants and next to the Tropicana which has a food court like area.

Ok hotel close to the beach.

Posted Jul 10, 2014
I thought the view was great from the hotel. Could see the beach and boardwalk. Felt the condition of the hotel room furniture had room for improvement and some needed to be replaced. Overall it was a ok hotel. Don't think I would go back again though.

Nice AC alternative

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: The pool's are really nice and the hotel is on the beach.
Cons: The staff is slow and the check in counter is way too small for a weekend rush.
Location: Very close to casino's the beach and great place to eat.
The hotel was very nice overall but the staff leaves much to be desired.

buyer beware

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Staff was very motivated and friendly
Cons: everything. demolition of the entire hotel
Location: I never was in Atlantic City in the summer. I will NEVER do it again. The cross section of people are unsavory. Boardwalk is akin to a freakshow
Bottom line - Photographs do not accurately depict the condition of this hotel. Outdated furnishings, dull and dirty.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Posted Jul 7, 2014
The staff was super rude and not helpful at all. The accommodations were horrible, the room was dirty and even the food was disgusting. Please trust me on this one. This is by far the worst of the worst place in AC and probably the rest of the country.

Tired hotel masquerading as a chic Boutique Hotel

Posted Jul 5, 2014
Pros: It's easy access to the beach.
Cons: Water pressure in showers. Really a total renovation of the rooms.
Location: Not great location, far from all the casino's and great reastaurants.
As soon as we entered lobby it felt musty and old. Furnishings were quite worn and carpeting visibly dirty and worn. The carpeting in hallways was in obvious need of a vacuum at 2:00 pm and don't think it ever got done. Furnishing in room were run down however the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite tight not at all roomy like the pictures showed and the water pressure was a joke. It was like standing under a sprinkler! The restaurant on the fifth floor was not open for dinner until Friday and Saturday and the pools looked like they were from Miami in the 1950's. All in all for one night stay I would go for the extra money and stay at a newer hotel in the future. The location was really far from the center of what was happening.

Room Was ok, water pressure so not ok, drunk people arguing in hall way, loud drunk college kids staying up pass 4am, staff are very nice. But not worth the money you have to pay!
