“My visit to Atlantic City”

I really, really enjoyed my stay I had a great view of the city skyline and that was breath taking, I look forward to visiting again and hope to capture the same view.

“Family Oriented Hotel”

The hotel was huge and very well maintained. We stayed in the West Tower. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the use of both the indoor and the outdoor pool.We loved that the boardwalk was also a few steps away. I get lost very easily but quickly learned the set up of the hotel. All the staff that were stationed in the casino and other areas were very very helpful with directions and providing assistance. MY only negative experience occurred after we were leaving the bus on our very first day down. The driver was wonderful. The lady who boarded to provide our receipt for $25.00 was harsh with her choice of words and the tone that she used. She assumed that everyone on the bus had arrived to gamble and she barked at me. She stated, " you are not getting a voucher for her! (referriing to my daughter). I knew that she is underage and that she wasn't entitled to a voucher. She didn't have to say it with such disgust. Then as I held my tickets for myself, daughter and fiancee, she again barked, "Everyone has to hold their own ticket in their hand." The rest of my experience made up for that negative initial encounter.

The experience was great. We truly enjoyed our visit and the facility. Our only challenge was the bed was not comfortable and TV outdated. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel, lots of shops and dining located inside of the hotel. We hardly left except to shop at the nearby outlets..

“Tropicana, Atlantic City”

Staff was very accomodating and helpful. When we arrived they were more than happy to upgrade our room to a suite. There were several shops in the hotel that appealed to every shopper including pets.
