great for family stay

wonderful and spacious. Great balcony. Kids could sleep with no noise coming in bedroom. Great amenities. Full kitchen with granite counters and nice cabinets. big jetted tub. I only wish they would provide coffee in the lobby. Close to beach and boardwalk.

Great for a family-a couple who wants to get away
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: The room balcony, the kitchen, the living room, a jacuzzi, a spare bedroom, parking all for $130.00 a night.
Cons: Only three elevators so the wait time was a bit annoying. But with all that we got a clean room, I certainly can live with that slight inconvenience
Location: Fine. Close to the boardwalk and good restaurants. Spent our obligatory $20.00 in the Casino and left within 20 minutes.
The rooms were very very clean. My wife is a clean freak who has her Master Degree in Lab. Science. She has worked in hospital Labs and taught Lab Sciences. She sees life through a microscope. She was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. She even researched the bed bug situation in Atlantic City which is not good. In her research, she saw that the Wyndham was bed-bug free! The staff was great and the room outstanding. We got a lot for our money. I am not one who is rolling in money so I really felt we got a lot for our money. I found the staff actually went out of their way for us. They even remember who you are after you check in. We did not feel like strangers. For $130.00 a night, we got a room with balcony, a full kitchen, a living room, a jacuzzi, a spare bedroom, valet parking [$10.00 a day not included in the cost of the room], 3 TV sets with a DVD so you can bring your own DVDs and not have to pay inflated hotel prices for demand movies. The Wyndham has no Casino attached to it so that was great, yet it was only 1 block from the boardwalk. Plenty of good restaurants in the right down the street. I could go on, but I guess you got the idea, we like the Wyndham in AC. The only minor minor draw back is two and they are very very minor. 1. Only 3 elevators so sometime the wait can be a slight pain. 2. In the shower itself could use a "rack" or something to put you soap, shampoo, etc. I had to balance it on the handicap bar. This is our place to stay in AC.

Timesharing "hotel"
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: The hotel was close to the boardwalk.
Cons: They need to either a timeshare facility or are they a hotel.
Location: Boardwalk and the casinos were very close.
This facility is part of a timesharing operation that also booked hotel space for its empty units. The rooms and lobby space were nice but no daily maid service to make the beds and tidy up the room. Of course you also felt the pressure to hear the "Wyndham timeshare sales pitch" I found it amazing that they wanted, they expected you to make an impulse buy on a !7,000 -> $67,000 purchase of points in the timeshare operation.

Nice

Pros: The bell man helped to carry everything up to my room, I bring a lot of stuff with me!
Location: Atlantic city is kind of ghetto. You have the big buildings, but I would not walk alone in the streets.
They were nice and the rooms were nice, they were just older. As expected in that area. The Parking was good, had no troubles as I have before with other parking places.

Amazing time in Skyline Tower
Posted Jan 4, 2013
Location: Hotel located near Taj Mahal. Few minutes from boardwalk.
We had a great time at this hotel. Staff is so friendly. Everything is clean. We stayed in 2 bedroom suite on 23rd floor. Room had everything we possibly needed. No smell at all. Had fabulous view! Pool is a bit small and too much chlorine, but kids had a blast to swim in warm water having some snow on glass roof on top of their head. Highly recomended place!!!

Timeshare

It was ok for the most part but they kept asking and trying to sell us timeshare. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better but ok for a night.

The place is used to be a residential building so it has the kitchen area and living area and the portch , if you need to stay for this reasons that you need this amenities the place is recommended if not i think its a waste part of the hotel. you have to pay for your parking and if you plan to stay and need pay per view (PPV) to see special show or event on TV like Boxing , they dont offer it . you need to bring stuff as basic as bottled water in the room it does not have room service and no meals provided in the premesis you will have to order out and pick it ip from the front desk.

- Bathroom toilets were consistently clogged. Had to call housekeeping to come fix it. They responded after 3 call attempts. Also, they made a sales call to our room and thought that was very disrespectful
