“Perfect”

Will be staying there every year.

“Clean, comfy room. Staff needs training”

No problem with cleanliness or comfort of room. Both staff people I met did not seem to understand how things worked. It took me almost 30 minutes to check in despite having paid ahead with Expedia. The desk clerk had a hard time getting a key to work. This took three visits back and forth to my room before one worked. The temp in the workout room was 85 degrees, and no one knew how to change the temp. My requested wake-up call came 45 min. after the time needed....definitely not a good thing as the clock radio in the room was "unsettable".
