Helpful service.Posted Aug 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Comfortable and quiet. Sadly didn't get to sample breakfast as I had to leave early. The recommended nearby 'Red Lion' pub I would rate very highly for food.

Lovely little place and Fantastic StaffPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
Firstly I would like to say the staff at The Old Curatage where very friendly and helpful ladies. The building was very characterful and my stay was most enjoyable. The room was lovely and clean with a very nice view of the gardens at the rear. My only criticism (and it is only a small thing) was it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the room as the only mirror there was about an A4 size. It could also be an idea to have the Wi-Fi details in the room rather than having to ask for them, again only a small thing but something that is easily fixed. It would have been nicer to have a slightly larger TV as I struggled at times being used to a larger TV but again this is something and nothing really.I appreciate that I was staying in the single room and so all rooms may not be the same as the one I stayed in. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and, again, the staff where very nice and relaxed. I would give the staff a 10 out 10, I only marked the room down slightly due to above small points, which collectively I felt came out at 8 out of 10. I would stay again, but it would be nice to see a couple of my idea's implemented for future visits. I found the location of the Hotel very handy for travelling to and from Snetterton Race Circuit. The room was quiet enough to be able to get on with some work, but a small desk/table may have been useful in my case, although this is not something I hold against the them as they never listed it had one.

Country tranquility only 10 minutes from the A11.Posted Aug 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
I was only over-nighting whilst at Snetterton circuit, but I enjoyed the total peace and quiet that you only get in the countryside; so a good night's sleep was enjoyed in a comfy bed with TV and tea/coffee etc. Bathroom is shared between the two letting rooms but I was the only guest so no issue. It has a shower only but was clean, with toiletries should you need them.Breakfast ready bang on time ; very good , a plateful of "full-english" which is not always the case nowadays. Would I stay again when in the area ? Absolutely.
