Cons: HD service on in room television.
Wonderful experience. Room was large, clean and well laid out. Continental breakfast was all I needed and quick evening meals in the lobby was a very nice touch. My only complaint is one common to many hotels. My room had a very nice HDTV, but no HD content. A small complaint, but I do not understand why hotels in general do not catch up and offer HD service.

Overall very good - need wireless internet access in all rooms - ours had only ethernet cable - could not use our iPad.

WE ENJOYED THE VACATION AND ALL THE PLACES VISITED. LOVE THE OCEAN AND MOUNTAINS. THE HOTEL WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY AT. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME WITH MARRIOTT. THE STAFF WERE GREAT AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. MANY ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM HOT OR COLD. MONDAY , TUESDAY, & WEDNESDAY THEY SERVE FOOD OFF THE GRILL ON THE PATIO. YUM YUM. WE WILL BE BACK TO STAY. JUST LIKE HOME. THANK YOU MARRIOTT FOR A GREAT VACATION WITH NO WORRIES.

Will stay there again!Posted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was an updated residence inn. Free breakfast, Staff very pleasant and accomodating when we asked for an extra half hour post check out time. Very convenient to chain restaurants. Everything was great except that the air conditioning was loud.

Great... up until BreakfastPosted Jun 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
You'd think the most important meal of the day would also be the more cared about meal. You'd be wrong. From the moment I opened the first buffet dish, I knew I'd end up making my own waffle and opting for a yogurt. Hot items consisted of: biscuits and gravy (a southern thing... in MAINE), a cheap Jimmy Dean sausage knockoff that was more fat than meat, hash brown potato made into a patty (dry and cake-like) and eggs that had been standing too long or poured from a box. Their fruit selection was: honeydew melon. Yes, just one item. Yogurt parfaits were an option - my wife enjoyed hers. I opted for a pre-packaged Stonyfield yogurt which was not cold enough and didn't taste as fresh as I would expect. Coffee had 5 options: Hot Water (tea), Decaf, House, House, House. Shelf stable creamers were the only option along with sugar. The cereal selection was typical: Cheerios, Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran. Overall, with the quality I experienced through the rest of the hotel, I was let down at Breakfast (right before checkout at that!). EVERYTHING else was 5 stars - I just left hungry.

Newest hotel in that town and is nice.Posted May 19, 2013
Pros: Room size and setup
Cons: Furniture wasn't very comfortable but bed was.
Location: Not much to do or see in Auburn but not far from Portland, Old Port, and beaches - 45 minute drive
Staff could have been a little more friendly but room was nice, clean and well maintained.
