Excellent hotel. The property is well-kept and walking distance to many restaurants, a movie theater, and a well-stacked gas station. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Room was super clean and bed very comfortable. I highly recommend!

Nice property. Close to shopping and the interstate. Bed was not made for more than 1 day stay. When did they stop doing this!

Everything was overall quite good except the water coming out of the tap had a very bad taste. Understand, this is probably a city water problem and hopefully being addressed. The front desk manager did a good job keeping an adequate bottled water supply available.

We had to switch rooms because the bathroom door would not stay closed. The hallways and elevators smelled wet and moldy.

The refrigerator did work causing spoilage of the contents. When I informed the staff upon checkout I was told, “Sorry” with a nonchalant shrug.

Good morning, I'm sorry your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. When you reported the issue of the refrigerator I apologized and said we would get the Maintenace team right on the issue. We did investigate the issue and found the fridge to be unplugged. You did tell me you had drinks in there that you wanted chill and were upset you didn't have cold drinks for the day, you failed to mention any spoil items. We do take any guest issues serious, so it does not happen in the future. Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm sure once the remodeling is finished, things will be back to the usual high standards for a Hampton Inn. They need to hurry that along. Dust is everywhere, including the tops of the hangars.
