“ITS WORTH EVERY DIME!!!”

IT WAS A VERY VERY PLEASANT STAY WE ENJOYED OURSELVES AND IT WAS AND OUTSTANGING BREAKFAST AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT LOVED IT SO MUCH IT WILL BE THE HOTEL WE STAY IN WHEN EVER WE ARE IN TOWN....LOVED IT!

“Awesome hotel for the price”

We stayed at hotel for 4 nights and no complaints. The room was clean. The breakfast was a little different each morning and good. Staff was friendly. Pool area was relaxing. Wished the hot tub worked and the pool was heated though. This was far the best hotel in our weeks travel.

“Happy in Phenix...”

We needed a couple of night for the Family Day/Weekend of our son who is stationed in Fort Benning. We wanted to be close enough to the army base, but also far enough away to give us some leeway of time away from the base. We thought this hotel was exceptional with service and free breakfast. Not a continental breakfast, but a well balanced breakfast. Also, our hotel room had a super-sized tv, which was totally nice. 42"...On Tuesdays and Thursdays, they have manager's special snacks and drinks for free, but we missed them.

Brand new! Very well appointed, very clean, friendly staff, comfortable atmsophere, easily accessible. Upper floors of the eastern side of the hotel have beautiful views of Columbus, GA and sunrise. Great way to start the day!

“Extremely Satisfied Guest!”

My fiance is in basic training at Fort Benning & we stayed here when I went down for the weekend to see him for the time in 3 months! It was extremely nice & the hotel staff was overly nice, helpful & accomodating! I would recommend this place to anyone! Very nice, relaxing atmosphere!

“Impressed with Hampton Inn”

We showed up 3 hours before checkin time, and were promptly provided with a room. The staff was nothing short of amazing on this trip. Anything we asked for was provided with a smile and a kind word or two. The continental breakfast was excellent (made my own waffle each day). Our room was also very nice, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family/friends, and would not stay anywhere else if I was in the area again.

“Loved having a couch to crash on”

Room orientation was great due to having the tv situated in the corner where you could watch from the couch during the day or in bed at night. It was also really nice to have another place to sit besides the bed or office chair at a desk as in most other hotels. Having a fridge and microwave was really convenient as I was visiting to see my husband graduate from basic and didn't want to go out for every meal and it provided a means for keeping snacks around. Location was great - easy access to Ft. Benning and Sand Hill, and shopping to drag my husband around to buy essentials while he is in jump school hold. Only complaints are that the A/C had issues, in that it couldn't keep a constant temperature, and we had to have our key reactivated multiple times.

Rooms very comfortable with mini fidge and microwave in room. Bathroom had long shelf below sink which was great for storing bathroom items. Very clean and good service. Staff at the desk gave us lots of information. Computer room for guests was very well set up with everything you could possibly need to get information or maps of points of interest around Columbus. We visited Warm Springs where FDR died and was treated for polio. Very interesting tour and grounds.

“Very Friendly, Close and Easy Trip to Fort Benning”

I arrived early to the hotel and the staff was nice enough to allow me to check in early. Then when I arrived to my room, i was pleasantly surprised. It was very nice and bigger then most standard rooms I've ever stayed at. The bed was soooo comfortable. Anytime i needed to go to the lobby, the staff was always nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Particularly the waffles. Also have muffins, fruit, and cereal. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the pool because it was small and literally in the parking lot. But I wasn't there to swim anyway. It was only about 15 minutes from Fort Benning too. So I would definitely stay there again.
