I just needed a reasonalbe room that was a clean and quiet place to sleep. The hotel was easy to locate, clean & neat, and a short distance from shopping/airport/highways, but quiet because it was away from major areas. I also needed to TLC my son who is in the military, and Quality Inn also provided a micorwave and refrig so he could have munchies of his choice. Our room was older and needed some work, but the staff (went out of their way to be polite and helpful!!!), location, cleanliness, and excellent breakfast made up for this. I will come back if I have opportunity.

Short version: THIS PLACE IS AN UNSAFE DUMP WITH BAD EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Long story: I booked this room for a quiet place to stay prior to an early morning triathlon event. The first red flag was the 2 cop cars and a fight that had just occurred when we checked in. I specifically asked for a quiet room. We were put in a room in the back (I should have read the reviews more thoroughly or would NEVER have stayed here due to safety concerns). Room issues: the bathroom light didn't work, mold, and the bathtub drain was clogged. In the morning, after my race, we returned at 9:00am. All I wanted was a shower and a nap before we checked out, but someone had entered our room, removed all the soap and shampoo, some of the towels, didn't clean and didn't replace anything....really weird. So, we had to track these things down and received rude service in the process. THE WORST: construction noise in the room next door. A circular saw was being used to cut wood right outside our room. I called the front desk and the woman acted like that was no big deal, eventually told us the manager said there was nothing that could be done. I disagreed. I solved the problem in 1 minute by politely asking the workers to do less noisy work whilst there are customers attempting to sleep in the next room. They stopped. When checking out the woman was defensive and argumentative. AVOID this place.

Staff was very nice.Over all the room was nice and clean did see a roach the morning we checked out, but we were close to the pool and it was 90 degrees, could happen to the best of hotels

We were very dissatified, This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Our room was nasty, I have stayed at Quality Inn before and have been very satisfied, but this Quality Inn was very un clean. I will not be staying at anymore Quality inn in the furture.

We spent the weekend there with my son who is in basic training at Fort Benning. The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast is awesome and the hotel is clean. Great for the price. We were moved to another room because the bath tub was clogged. Same problem in the next room so obviously they have major plumbing issues that need to be addressed. I read about that problem in the reviews when I was shopping. My assumption was that it might had been taken care of by then. That was far from the truth.......nothing changed. It was gross. I wouldn't stay there again.

Cons: Air-conditioning filter replacement!!
Location: On my way to FL familiy vacation..
The air conditioning filter definitely has been overused and the room was rather smelly. Wifi didn't work.
