“Clean but the rooms were in need of a makeover.”

The lobby had been recently updated and was very nice. The rooms are in need of updating, cracks in the walls, older beds, etc. The rooms were clean but need a makeover. The AC/heater unit was noisy and ran all night. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

“Okay, but needs mop for bathroom floors behind doors.”

I have stayed here a couple times. The location is good and the staff is very friendly. The one complaint I have is that the floors in the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom behind the doors had dust and hair behind the door. The tub and toilet were very clean but little things like that still matter to me. One room I had was in great condition. The other room I stayed in before had an a/c from prehistoric times with the big power cord laid out in the floor. Glad my kids were old enough to know not to touch it. That could be a big big problem waiting to happen.

“Friendly Staff!”

We enjoyed our stay and was even served a pretty good breakfast...not muffins. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Things were a bit dated like the mirror over the sink needed replaced and the shelf in the bath was not attached well. Power outlets were not really that accessible (could not easily charge more than 1 cell phone at a time). Unlike many places we have stayed, we did get out early morning wake-up call as requested. In all...it was a pleasant stay.

“Worst hotel I have ever stayed at”

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I was checked into my first room and it didn’t have a working AC unit. I asked to be put into a different room and they checked me into a room that had someone in it at the time. The third room was ok. The second day my key didn’t work . I was send back to my room three times with different keys before the front desk called the maintenance person. The maintenance person let me in my room with his master key and said if I needed to leave that I needed to call him and he would let me in. I didn’t think that was right. So I asked to be put into my forth room. The best part was the maintenance person asked me if he could have a beer for helping me out.

“Not impressed”

Broken door, broken bath tub, loud, just nothing good to say.
