Badly maintained, no hot water

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Close to freeway
Cons: Paint, improved hot water capacity, replace the carpet.
Ran out of hot water. They responded immediately, but nothing could be done save for waiting for the water to heat. Walls were poorly patched (A LOT) and not painted. Carpets were in very poor condition.

We didn't stay. The room was too dirty… so we drove home instead of spending the night.

Pros: nothing
Cons: needs totally renovated
The a/c unit rattled noisily all night long and leaked water on the floor that got our clothes wet that were sitting next to the a/c unit. The beds were very uncomfortable so my husband and I woke up multiple times during the night. Will never stay there again. Had reservations for another weekend but cancelled them. We're driving 45 min away from Auburn just to stay in a different hotel.

Nice for the price. We are repeat visitors and will probably choose Quality Inn again.

War Eagle Trip

Posted Sep 1, 2014
Comfortable and clean. Obviously an older hotel that has been refurbished. Had a non-smoking room yet the bed spread had a cigarett burn which distribured my wife. Room rate was twice the norm rate but but supply and demand created this distorted rate. Would stay there again in the difficult time of football season.

Old & worn, poor breakfast

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Had rooms available on crowded football weekend.
Cons: Complete renovation, Starbucks or at least improved coffee, bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Location: Auburn university about five or ten miles away.
Old and worn property. Coffee so weak it tastes like hot water. Breakfast all starch and sugar, no protein. Try someplace else if possible.

ROCKING COMODE IN BATHROOM

Posted May 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. grounds and pool were well kept.bath room need a little tender love and care. Comode was not anchored to floor and rocked like a rocking chair, skink leaked, and bed was broken. due to great staff and good breakfast I give them a three.
