This is an excellent property in the heart of Perthshire. The room was very well appointed and food was excellent. Friendly well appointed bar and staff were brilliant. I would highly recommend a stay at this property as a very good value proposition.

Staff are great, we had a problem with the water in our lodge, however the maintenance team were fantastic and didn’t stop until it was all sorted. This was our 3rd visit to Duchally and we’ve loved it every time. Highly Recommend.

The Hairy breakfast
We had a lovely room and things started really well however the plumbing was really loud and when flushing the toilet the loud cictern noise laster for 10 mins which was fine during the day but not so great through tge night. In the morning we arrived for breakfast at 9.30am. We were showed a table and left gor over 10 mins. A couple were seated next to us snd a waitress offered them coffee. I had to interupt to ask if we coukd have coffee too. We waited a totsl of 45 mins for a cooked breakfast and when it arrived i noticed a long hair cooked to the bacon. I felt immediately queezy and asked them to take the plate away. My partner was also put off his food and we left. Back in the room I was feelinb more nauseous. We had plznned to use the spa but the day was wasted as i coukdnt stop thinking if whose it it was and if i ate any other hairs. On departure we weee asked how our stay was. I advised of tge above and the receptionists seemed disinterested and stated ill let management know. Clearly that would notbe happening and we will not be back.

Good hotel - worth a visit
This is a really nice hotel. The room was very comfortable and well appointed with a large bed and lovely bathroom. The dinner was very good, as was the breakfast. Staff were helpful and attentive. The only negative was that the WiFi was not good. The bandwidth is low, which makes it difficult watch online streaming services. I'd recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here being the second time round but our dishwasher didn't work and for 6 people who came for not doing dishes bit disappointed. Only one rack in oven and 2 slice toaster not enough for size of lodge, but these are small gripes and would definitely return, beatiful setting and so peaceful.

This was our sixth visit to Duchally.Still a great place lovely surroundings.Great ppol sauna and jacuzzi.The service in the cafe was great very friendly staff.Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was very slow in and its such a shame that the cafe has stopped selling it's fantastic pizzas.

Great stay at Duchally.
Always a lovely visit to Duchally. Beautiful site and surrounding. Lodges are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Nice little touches such as bread and milk in the lodge on arrival. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Leisure facilities are nice and keep the kids entertained - swimming pool, bike hire (chargeable) and games room are highlights. I thought the whisky bar was getting a bit pricey this time round but thats my only complaint! It would be nice to have a little on site shop - Auchterarder isnt too far but can be a pain in winter and bad weather (although the leisure centre do offer some takeaway food). We will return.

I recently had the most incredible experience at this hotel for my hen do. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like an absolute queen, ensuring every detail was perfect for my special celebration. The ambiance of the hotel was enchanting, adding to the overall joy and excitement. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a luxurious and comfortable setting for our festivities. The personalized touches and attention to detail truly made me feel special and appreciated. While the hot tub was unfortunately unavailable during my stay, the overall experience was still phenomenal. The hotel's exceptional service, delightful amenities, and the genuine care they showed towards making my hen do unforgettable outweighed any disappointment. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone looking to have a memorable celebration. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests have a magical experience is truly commendable, making my hen do an absolute success despite the minor hiccup with the hot tub.

Lovely rural retreat.
It was perfect from start to finish, from Cameron at front of house to the barman and leisure centre staff. One night wasn’t quite long enough.

The property was beautiful! The front staff was wonderful! We arrived at 8:45 pm because of a mixup on the ferry from Ireland. We had not had dinner and the restaurant closed at 9pm. They made sure we were fed and stayed open almost an hour extra! The only slight downside is I think this was one of the properties without a/c in the rooms. We brought small fans with us as we had read about the a/c situation ahead of time.

Nice propery in a stunning woodland setting with lots of wild life around. Easy access into Auchterarder itself also, very close to gleneagles hotel and facilities which we used. We didn't use any the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as past experience was not good. Pool facilities are very small and in desperate need for upgrading. Used the beautician who was fantastic. All round it was a pleasant stay.

Holiday in Scotland
Weather was absolutely lovely, so we had few days outside and inside as well due to the multiple facilities, such as indoor swimming pool for adults and children's, jacuzzi and sauna. Our lounge was spotless with a big kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing mashine with dryer, pretty much everything if you don't want to spend time and money going out for dinner or washing laundry. Absolutely gorgeous holiday in Scotland !

This resort is one of the best we’ve ever been to. The Spa facilities are great and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had a two bedroom self catering lodge that was well appointed with everything you would need, there was even a welcome pack there when we arrived. Ideally located between Stirling and Perth, also only 3 miles from world famous Gleneagles Golf course. All in all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort to any one!

We stayed in the main hotel , we had a fantastic deluxe room with outdoor terrace looking over the gardens , parking was free and right outside the front entrance , we ate in the restaurant, nice fresh food and a well priced wine list with good choice , found a great Primitivo on the list .. we will definitely stay again ..

We loved the spacious cottage for our family of 6. Breakfast was excellent and the grounds are beautiful. We were about 1 hours drive to Edinburgh and the drive is lovely.
