Our price is advertised as $170 on Expedia and that is what we charge. Our rooms are very clean and sunny and there is no damp smell. The traffic noise is heard only if the windows are open and there is no noise at night as there is no traffic at night.

Hi Jo, Thanks for your feedback. We had a group of company guests staying that weekend and they were having a smoke outside their rooms after a long day at work. If you had brought this to our attention we could have requested them to be considerate of other guests. We charge as per our advertised prices.

Hi Mary. Air conditioner's are brand new and just a year old,we have checked and you had the Air Con on Heating. Swimming pool is cleaned regularly on a fortnightly basis,we will follow this up. Thanks for your appreciation of the beds,staff and other amenities. Regards Manager

Dear Guest ,We agree to your comments,""NEARLY All motels throughout NZ include FREE WI FI just the same as they provide free electricity, free water free kichenatte (with everything that goes with it ! ), They are all included in the price of the room. Internet became a basic everyday service just as water, electricity etc." Our wifi tickets are in the process of being changed,but we can assure you that you have not been charged for the wifi,it is the old tickets which mention a price on them.Please check your invoice and advise us.

Hi Mohammed Umer Siddiqui. As informed to you, these are Insects which come from the trees and normally come with the onset of summer. They may look like cockroaches. We explained this to you and you were satisfied at that time. In regards to the species, we will enquire from an entomologist and get back to you, but we do not have any cockroaches around the area or in the Motel. We have checked all crockery & cutlery and looked at the spoons;no spoons have stickers on them and it could have been a water mark and not a sticker. On your arrival, you mentioned that Breakfast & wifi was advertised as free on your booking, which is not true. We have checked this with Expedia as well and it is not mentioned as free on their web site. We have not charged you and provided you free wifi as per your requirements. We moved your bags from one room to the other for you, but if you expect us to pack them for you, Sorry!! We do not do that. We have addressed your concerns and changed your room as per your request; I am not sure what else you are trying to prove by mentioning this in writing again. You have been pressuring us since the day of your arrival in regards to your stay (Free wifi,Free Breakfast, Quiet rooms etc) and that you have more stays coming up and you will cancel the future booking. We have tried to provide you the best possible service and fulfil all reasonable demands. You also advised us that you would like to stay again in the same room(19) when you come back,so in fact you were trying to get freebies. We have requested Expedia to cancel your booking as you have tried to intimidate the lady at the reception as well. Hi Jeff It is unfortunate that you have posted 2 reviews for the same stay(Pauline) The shower in the spa is not a trickle and has pressure as per NZ standards. All power points are working ,some of them in the bedroom are on paralell connection with switches next to the bedside. We have HD TVs in all the rooms,the 20th century TV was a disconnected TV sitting on top of the wardrobe.You have not mentioned the latest Samsung HD TV. You have been provided Free WIFI as per our policy and some extra on top of that. All our staff are very polite and helpful to all our guests. All the rooms are cleaned and serviced every day and there is no smell in our rooms.You should have advised us during your stay and we could have redressed it immediately. Towels are stacked in the vanity and are changed each morning.There is a towel rack for hand towels and face cloth. It is good that other wise you had a good holiday in New Zealand.

Thanks for your review. We are having the doors repaired as the wheels have worn out and ceiling is being repainted. Normally it is quiet around here. You would agree,different locations have variable costs.
