“Did not stay it was dirty and certainly NOT a luxury spa room, it was a hovel!”

I opened the door and was shocked at how old and what a dump it was, no way was it a luxury spa unit. Apart from the shabby appearance revolting old linen etc the place was incredibly dirty. The spa outside was on the driveway, paint peeling off the walls, cigarette butts and two old sticking plasters on the ground, the water in the spa was murky and dirty looking. I took photos after the shock of it! the bed cover had crumbs all over it and the bed was pulled away from the wall so I looked behind it and it was filthy. I checked out immediately and to their credit they did give me my money back however phoned me later to say they would be charging me for the booking free. I was just pleased to get some money back and to not have to stay there.
