“Best bargain in the city”

Pillows had blood stains, carpet was badly in need of shampoo or replacement...breakfast left a lot to be desired...we looked and didn't touch it. Internet is exta. Only positive was least expensive Kitchenette type room in the whole city. We were there 3 days and cooked our own meals and breakfast.

“Convenient for airport transfers”

The Hotel Staff were very helpful, the shuttle service was okay, the walls between the rooms is rather thin which means it can be quite noisy. The restaurant is adequate and the meals rate okay, maybe a little more cleaning in the dining area could be useful. We were unaware the complex has two areas being Hotel and Motel, we were booked into the Motel so time was wasted checking in, we noticed this happened to a number of people like us who first went to the Hotel desk then being told to go to the Motel next door. A continental breakfast was part of the deal and this was delivered to our room due to us having to leave the motel before the dining room opened, this was adequate. For the price we could recommend this to other people.

poor instruction on how to find our room, asked for a wake up call, but they didn"t call. didn't feel secure in your room and there were people in the units beside us living there and they had a lot of guests. The room was clean, but does need an update.

“Tidy enough but...”

Tidy enough but trouble sleeping as too noisy with thin walls between rooms and lights outside being on all night.

Would not recommend at all. Unfriendly staff with poor english skills. Our voucher stated "full breakfast included" but they insisted full meant continental and charged extra for anything cooked. no bacon or fruit. Room ventilation non existent - windows steamed up.
