“Be considerate and mindful of people staying below”

The management and staff were very obliging. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a very central location with bus stop right outside. Unfortunately, the man in the room above was an ignoramis and spoilt what could have been a great stay. Stomping around his room at 1am and again at 3am each night. First night I complained to management and they took steps to make him aware. However, that seemed to make him more noisy at 3am. After I called out and swore at him he went quiet only until the third night. The second night was not so bad. On the third night management didn't answer their phone and so I tried calling the police but they didn't answer as it wasn't really an emergency. So, in the morning at checkout I went up to the room above and blasted the guy for spoiling my weekend. I told him that it was people like him that would prevent me from staying there again. Maybe ask for an upstairs room, but think about the people below you and be considerate.
