prompt free pick up from airport no fuss at 2 am or so sympathetic to loss of luggage by airline but best the double sized spa bath in room just the job after 30 hours of travel would have used twin lazyboy type chairs if not so tired . quiet locality perhaps too much so , competition in area from backpacker type hostels but doubt those would have suited the situation . local strawberry farm icecream down the road popular with locals and tasty ; few eating places . overall does what it says on the tin in providing comfortable airport accommodation overnight but no-one would want to stay for any other reason .

Location, amenities and service were all good. only critism was the deoderant used for cleaning was a bit overpowering.

Hotel is situated very close to the airport. Service was excellent and rooms very clean. Noticed a laundry that we did not need to use but looked like it was free to use which is a bonus. Very happy customer.

Not situated in the best of areas but very convenient for the airport. Shuttle bus service very good. Staff very helpful. Good nights sleep. Good value for money

Superb location near the airport for when arriving on vacation for the first nights stay.

Great value for money, very clean and helpful, friendly staff. Close to airport and free transfer on schedule. Would recommend to anyone and stay there again. Two restaurants five minutes walk away. I had a 6.30 am flight so it was very convenient. My room had a spa so I was very relaxed!

“Convenient for the Airport”

A good basic motel, offering airport transportation, an easy 5 minute journey away. Whilst nothing fancy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super helpful, offering me the loan of a cable when the wifi played up.

“BKA not the Killer”

Simply based on personal preference l would stay nearer Cathedral Square. In the short amount of time at BK we discovered nice eateries (new Pizzaria) as well as a short walk to the bus for airport transport. Cathedral Square is pricier but has many options for everyone. This definitely was a friendly, family welcoming, excellent place to spend our last nite in NZ. Great staff.
