“Great spot for us”

Great value for ajn overnight stop. Very clean and accessible to the city. Got two bedrooms a lounge and a kitchenette for the price of a studio overnight.

“Great place to stay!!”

Wonderful rooms, lots of space! Location in Auckland was also great, close to everything! Only downside, but not really a disappointment, was that the street out front is very loud and noisy so it was difficult to enjoy the balcony. However, when the doors were closed you could not hear the road noise!!

“Your next stay in Auckland”

Previously, I have stayed at different hotels in Auckland with varying experiences . On this visit, I found this hotel as a ideal location, close to all facilities, relatively quite and the staff were very friendly. On arrival all arrangement were pre done and only had to spend a couple of minutes to check - in. The rooms were clean and the room service was great. Had dinner at Little India restaurant located on the ground floor and it was fantastic environment with tasty food. Would highly recommend. .

“Exceptionally good value”

Staff members were knowledgeable, polite and patient. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet; we also appreciated having access to a guest laundry. The location was somewhat removed from the central business area and the waterfront, but well worth the extra few blocks it took to get to the more vibrant part of the city.

“Everything GOOD except parking”

We booked a 2 bedroom apt for our family (2 adults & 2 kids). The rooms were clean, decor is modern contemporary, bed & pillows were comfy so we all had a good night sleep. The kitchen was an upgrade, complete w all that is needed (but we didn't cook in Auckland as there are lots of good restaurants around the city). The room just had the view of the next building so we kept our drapes closed at all times for privacy. Our only complaint is PARKING. We rented a campervan to go around the country & Auckland was our last stop. Our campervan height is 3.2m, the hotel's parking can only fit 3m...so we just parked in a nearby pay parking lot costing NZ$20 (& returned the campervan the next morning). Parking at the hotel isn't free anyway...they charge NZ$25. Everything is good; the people that work there are nice (they let us leave our 3 luggages at storage even though we already checked out, as our flight leaves 11pm).

This was a wonderful hotel! More than we expected for the money...great value. Great location also...easy walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

“Awesome Place to Stay”

We were very pleased with this hotel. The people were always courteous and friendly. The hotel is modern. The rooms were clean. Loved the bathroom - it was big with a nice shower. This place is just walking distance from Queens ST. Quiet area, upscaled with great restaurants and bakeries around the corner. When I go back, I'll definitely stay here again. Great Place.

“very pleased with apartments”

I was a little nervous booking online as this was my first time doing so. I was very pleased with the apartments. Nice size. Bathroom were new and clean. kKtchen was perfect. Fixtures and appliances were top quality. Would definitely recommend to others.
