Stayed for 3 nights to attend concerts at Vectra Arena, perfect location. The 2 bedroom with small kitchen/lounge was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again and happily recommend to others

Best Kept Secret in AucklandPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: Location, Decor, Staff
Cons: Do Not change a thing
This would have to be a well kept secret that we hope is getting out there. Our time in Auckland was short but the location of this gorgeous accommodation in the heart of the downtown waterfront made it memorable. With boutique bars, cafes and shops on your doorstep it has you spoilt for choice. The concierge personal were so helpful to all of our questions, and you will be surprised at their modest rates. Highly recommended to one and all.from a happy West Australian couple.

Faultless servicePosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Very unpretentious little hotel which provided everything we needed without the usual high price tag.
A very central, reasonably priced hotel close to Queen St, The Viaduct and Britomart. It has an outer circle bus stop at the door and both blue and inner circle bus stops across the road. The staff were excellent, helpful and courteous. The apartments were perfect for our 'girls trip' to Cirque du Soleil, with my mother, my sister and myself sharing the two bedrooms which contained a queen bed in one and twin singles in the other. The lounge area came in useful for relaxing at the end of a busy day and the added bonus of a kitchen was a unexpected surprise. We were given a quiet apartment at the back of the hotel which had a balcony overlooking a park and residential apartments.

Good location, decent rooms, great staffPosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, room facilities
Cons: The lift.
Location: Great - britomart, the waterfront and queen st all about 5 mins away.
Two night stay with young child in a one bedroom apartment. Staff were great, very proactive and helped me out with an early check in, which I really appreciated. Room was very tidy and well appointed. The only real fault I could find was that there is only one elevator servicing 15 or 16 floors, so there tended to be a bit of a wait --- but that is a very minor niggle, and didn't impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

Long Week-EndPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Location and Modern
Location: Britomart close by , with a range of restaurants and supermarket close by.
We enjoyed our stay here. The apartments were in a good location and modern. They were clean with a large comfortable bed. We did notice traffic noise but this did not stop us having a good nights sleep. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall would stay again.

I came to New Zealand to visit my son. The hotel accommodations were wonderful! Beautiful apartment, more than adequate. Lovely bedrooms, bright, well equipped for cooking. Location was fantastic - near the wharf, Sky City, shops, cinema. I loved it!

Close to transport stationPosted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: The hotel is near to transport station.
Cons: Hotel guests should not made to clean their room.
Location: Near to pier and easy to take ferry to various islands.
We stay 11 nights only entitle one time housekeeping. We were told to dispose rubbish by ourselves, if the carpet were dirty, we can borrow vacuum cleaner from them and have to clean it before return. If we need additional housekeeping we have to pay. Without housekeeping the bath room have odour, the blinds are full of dust. We had to make our bed everyday and the mattress is two single bed joint together, which made it very uncomfortable. We came for holiday but expected to do household chores.
