Love the rooftop pool and spa! I was looking forward to using the sauna but unfortunately it was close for reno. The floor of the room we stayed in were squeaking and that kinda ruin my night, so not a good one of you’re a light sleeper. Staff are very friendly especially Anita who went far and beyond with my requests of room change although that didn’t happen but i can see how sincere she was with trying to help me. Overall i would stay again but would request a different room in the newer tower.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great rooms for our family. Busy street but quiet. Close to harbour and ferries. Parking and access via a car is not great

We stayed one night in a Tower Room (very very nice!) and two nights in a Hotel Room (nice, but the shower had such low water pressure - on 7th floor - it was difficult to rinse. We appreciated having the small kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel is located near the harbor and also the Sky Tower, both of which we enjoyed.

We arrived very late around 2am due to flights being delayed and driving from the airport we were greeted with a warm smile at the reception (Doreen), who was able to give us a late checkout which was great as we didn’t wake up until nearly 11 am She also upgraded our room it was very comfortable and luxurious

Enjoyed this stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Big and clean rooms. The pool was great, had good shade options. Was close to many attractions and dining. I highly recommend the 'Federal Delicatessen' about 3 blocks away.

The Heritage is a lovely hotel in a great location but the amenities are second rate. The only access to dining in the hotel was a German restaurant call Berlinchen. This was over priced and the staff’s first advice was when they were closing, we arrived there at about 7.00pm and they constantly reminded us when they were closing (9:00pm). They seemed disinterested in providing a service at all

Great location. Indoor lap pool & gym plus outdoor pool and gym. Lots of seating by the pool. Would have been nice to have bar open by pool. But overall our stay was great. Thanks for the wine for my birthday.

Lovely rooftop pool. Very tired decor. Old and soft beds. Some staff were 10 and others yawning while attempting to answer questions and making me feel like an inconvenience. Lots of construction in the area but the location was still great despite the noise and disarray.

The staff at the Heritage were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Especially Ping at the front desk. The pool was also great. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Shower was not good. It dribbled out and the tap was about to fall off on the sick. But it didnt effect our sray and was a nice place. Dont think i would book again though

Staff was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The hotel is old, but maintained in a good condition. Like the rooftop pool. The area outside is not the best and good restaurants are a little bit of a hike or quick Uber. Would stay here again.

Property had potential to be great but was looking old and dated. We opted to stay at the Tower but had to check in at the hotel building which being in a one way system was not the easiest to navigate. Again being in the tower with an unmanned desk it meant having to either call or walk to the hotel to organise anything. The rooftop and indoor pools went some way to make up for the inconveniences.

Spacious but a little dated.
Rooms not quite ready when checking in at 2pm so had to wait. Rooms very spacious but a little dated. Beds soft and bedding not that comfortable. Great location and rooftop pool is the gem here. Rooms very noisy from road below.
