“GREAT LOCATION”

The Proximity Apartments were in a great location, ie short walk to Manukau Mall and being able to walk over for dinner. Only downside would be the flight path to the Airport, otherwise we were overall very happy. Short drive to soccer fields where our soccer tournament was held.

Very new and modern high rise in Manukau. Great location next to a large mall and an amusement park across the street. Definitely would stay again.

The location is great - walking distance to mall and restaurants, approx 2-3 minutes to the motorway entrance/exit so convenient to visit anywhere in Auckland. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and well serviced. Very secure covered parking. Internet is expensive which is a downside.

“Amazing surpise”

When I arrived I was approached by the person at the desk, even though I was third in line. I was very pleased to be asked what my name was and was fast tracked to my room. This made me feel special, as I had already paid on line it was a quick process. The parking was underground and secure. The room was superb. The view was sensational. The table on the balcony of our 9th floor room was so romantic. It was a great room with lots of pleasant surprises. The kitchen had a oven, micorwave and stove top, there was a dish draw even!! A table and chairs inside, and on the balcony, the bathroom had a washing machine and great shower. There was even a hair dryer. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. The t.v was on the small side and there was no sky, but otherwise just wonderful. Great location right in the middle of a huge shopping centre with a movie theatre too.

Hotel is close to Westfield shopping centre so easy to go to the shops and the supermarket. The room was well equiped which made the stay comfortable.

Room was in excellent, clean well maintained condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only less than perfect issues were the room (studio) was quite small and the internet connection was slow.

everything is ok,except the mattress needs to be upgraded,it seems to have really old mattress for a new place like this.
