Cons: Needs a refurb
Location: Well located for access to Arena and Queen St
Room was tatty, furniture rickety, torn curtains, unfortunately quite disappointing overall

Nice hotel close to the pierPosted May 5, 2015
Good hotel quite a big room for a studio. Hotel staff were lovely and let me check in earlier. Room was clean comfortable except For the terrible shower that needs replacing. It is a tad difficult to locate but worth it.

Handy to Queen StreetPosted May 5, 2015
Pros: Clean and tidy. Had all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Quiet and comfortable.
Location: We stayed as one of us was going to a concert in city and we wanted to be able to walk to Sky City and Queen Street.
We found staff very helpful. When we arrived we had only booked for two people and asked if we could have another bed for extra person. This was done immediately. We also had trouble with TV channels and went down to desk in lobby and the gentleman came back up with me and sorted it for us. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.

Old, worn out.Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Location, staff/
Cons: Room refurbish, a fresh coat of paint, repair damaged walls and door handles, lack of free internet (lobby or rooms) in NZ in 2015 puzzles me.
Location: Location is good, close to Auckland Central.
Unable to stay at our previous close-by hotel we chose Quest on Eden for the location, which close to the city center. Although a fairly roomy and relatively clean place, it seems to be catered to younger people and after parties, not families as our suite has multiple unrepaired wall holes, broken door handles and general feeling of lack of freshness. On the positive, the room seemed clean enough and the beds were pretty comfortable. It was ok for one night but I would not want to stay (at least in the room we had on second floor) for much longer than that.

Great locationPosted Apr 16, 2015
Pros: Apartment had plenty of space. If you are touring the washing machine and dryer are a first rate bonus to freshen up the holiday clothing pile.
Cons: Not much. This hotel is a good balance of satisfactory product against satisfactory price.
Location: Harbour activities, ferries and trips within walking distance...leave the car in the secure garage.
Parking off road...good for central location. Harbour close by and also restaurants and shops. Apartment comfortable and well kitted out for for the tourist. Staff extremely helpful and always smiling. The general area is a little hilly so be warned if walking is a problem.

This hotel was all I required for my stay in Auckland . I wouldn't call it luxurious but It had all the basics I required and was central to where I needed to go in Auckland .The staff were helpful.

Good locationPosted Mar 2, 2015
Cons: Rethink the furniture. Free wi fi
Location: Easy walk to the city centre and the habourfront. L'Assiette French cafe was wonderful for breakfast (great omelet)
We stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. We arrived 6pm on a Sunday and check in was a bit messy, no reception and the intercom phone for instructions was not working well. There were 5 in our group. A fold out bed was made up but only 4 towels provided. The living area was very small and furnished with 3 large lazy boy chairs which left NO floor space with the folding be out. Furnishings looked tired but the apartment was clean and the beds were firm. The reception staff the next morning were friendly but unable to organise an extra towel. A convenient location for exploring Auckland and the harbourside

Convenient location & well appointed apartment.Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: One great feature was the washer and dryer, a great surprise and even included soap.
Cons: Floor carpet is getting tired and shabby looking.
This hotel was in the University area, easy walk to the downtown area and waterfront and not to far to a grocery store. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. It is easy to come and go.
