convenience to the part of the city required

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Like the style.
Cons: Maybe more milk and tea.
Location: n/a
First room had leak so were moved to a different room which was better. Harry was very apologetic but charming and helpful which was nice because of the inconvenience to us.

Pros: Good location. Off street parking available for a reasonable daily rate.
Cons: 1 or 2 window catches were broken so rooms were a little draughty. Heating took a long time to take effect and warm the rooms up.
Location: Auckland CBD, Viaduct Basin, waterfront, Britomart transport, ferries, Queen St shopping, Aotea Centre, Vector Arena.
The apartment we stayed in was equipped with kitchen and basic kitchen appliances, utensils and crockery. Rather tired decor and furnishings.

Pros: Guy in front desk was nice
Cons: Decent beds and clean sinks
Location: It's central
This was like staying in an upmarket bedsit. Clean on arrival but this wasn't followed through over the stay

Great central spot to stay in Auckland.

Pros: The location
Cons: there could be more little containers of milk in the fridge please?
Location: Very close to walk to cafes and shops. Only a few minutes walk from Queen St.
Friendly and helpful staff met us in reception. Our room had everything we needed and was clean.

Nice hotel close to the pier

Good hotel quite a big room for a studio. Hotel staff were lovely and let me check in earlier. Room was clean comfortable except For the terrible shower that needs replacing. It is a tad difficult to locate but worth it.

Handy to Queen Street

Posted May 5, 2015
Pros: Clean and tidy. Had all amenities for cooking and cleaning. Quiet and comfortable.
Location: We stayed as one of us was going to a concert in city and we wanted to be able to walk to Sky City and Queen Street.
We found staff very helpful. When we arrived we had only booked for two people and asked if we could have another bed for extra person. This was done immediately. We also had trouble with TV channels and went down to desk in lobby and the gentleman came back up with me and sorted it for us. Excellent service. Would recommend to anyone.

Old, worn out.

Posted May 4, 2015
Pros: Location, staff/
Cons: Room refurbish, a fresh coat of paint, repair damaged walls and door handles, lack of free internet (lobby or rooms) in NZ in 2015 puzzles me.
Location: Location is good, close to Auckland Central.
Unable to stay at our previous close-by hotel we chose Quest on Eden for the location, which close to the city center. Although a fairly roomy and relatively clean place, it seems to be catered to younger people and after parties, not families as our suite has multiple unrepaired wall holes, broken door handles and general feeling of lack of freshness. On the positive, the room seemed clean enough and the beds were pretty comfortable. It was ok for one night but I would not want to stay (at least in the room we had on second floor) for much longer than that.
