After couple of hiccups from the beginning most of their staff lookafter me.... 😊🙏 They did nothing for the inconvenience that I faced... 😑 for the first couple of days....They change room after 2 nights. They ask me to go to a different motel (They did not try to fix the problem in a hurry) Took time and they did not do anything about that inconvenience..

I liked that it was located in close proximity to Manukau city mall and other fun activities for family but also to the public train and bus station. Nicely tucked away in quiet area.

The room was ok. A little out dated and while there was a hole in the bathroom wall, the door had a new handle fitted with a hole from the old handle still there and the frame was in partial repair it wasnt the end of the world. It looked like they had recently installed a new TV but leaving it in "store mode" meant you had the screen showing you all the features of the TV like it is when on display. But overall it was ok. The office staff were nice and helpful.

We booked 2 rooms and the room my parent's stayed in had so many cockroaches. We were in and out of our rooms as we were there for a funeral but we noticed all the cockroaches at night and the cutlery was dirty and unwashed. Pretty expensive for a motel with very poor conditions. Very disappointed.

The room smelt of Mould and horrible. The shower has black mould on the roof. The fridge was all rusted at the bottom. The bed only had sheets on it and no duvet. The blankets we found smelt horrible and unclean. For $150 per night, it was not worth the price. I swear I was being bitten all night by bed bugs.

Well where do I start..walking threw the ranch sliders the first thing we noticed was a big rip on the couch..also upon checking out the bathrooms there was a big crap in the downstairs toilet...the stove top was very old..there was lipstick smudge on the kitchen towel holder the kitchen dining chairs screws weren't even screwed in properly...upstairs it was ok except the window didn't fully close so we could hear the traffic all night the carpet looked like it had burn marks on it. Beds were very comfortable linen was nice and clean..service was great..will not stay again..

Shower was leaking, didn’t let us have clean towels when I asked the receptionist, holes in the wall, sheets had a blood stain, the light kept flickering, ghetto as hell, straight up did not have good time.

Very nice place to stay, staff are extremely pro-active in doing there duties, i really don't have any negativity about Rayland as it was a very good stay & would continue to book & stay in the near future & recommend Rayland to family & friends outside of Auckland.

Convenient for where we wanted to go. It was not very clean. The bathroom had mold and around the basin was dirty and the shower was also. It had minimal equipment and linen. Ventilation was very poor.

The over all stay was ok - but lack of bedding was huge.... 1 light blanket in the middle of winter was not sufficient
