Situated on street level, the MLC Cafe & Bar is the perfect spot to sit and watch the hustle of the city. Located directly across the road from the Auckland Town Hall and other entertainment venues, this makes the cafe ideal of pre-showing dining or drinks. The MLC Café & Bar offers a la carte and buffet breakfast from 6.30am until 2pm during the week and from 7am until 10am in the weekends; lunch from 11am until 2pm Monday to Friday; sweet and savoury snacks from the deli cabinet every day until dinner and dinner seven days a week from 5pm until 10pm.
Our chef has incorporated the very best and freshest of New Zealand produce, meat and seafood into our menus which our wine experts have matched with a selection of our country’s finest drops. All can be enjoyed alfresco if desired to make the most of Auckland’s temperate climate.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was convenient, the small restaurant was good, the small bar was comfortable -- it was very pleasant and I would recommend this place.
