Waldorf weren't initially aware that the Expedia booking stipulated 3 adults. A fold out bed was requested and no additional charges levied. Could not find iron in room and took a few minutes of searching to realise there was no central heating. An oil heater was supplied.

Good value for moneyPosted May 19, 2014
Pros: Location. Layout of room.
Cons: Local knowledge and/or helpfulness of staff
Location: Close to main CBD by local bus. Close to Aquaduct and downtown
Good location. Great for quick NZ stopover. Staff had little knowledge of what to do which was disappointing. Had to rely on internet for research of local area.

Compact well-equipped modern apartmentPosted May 18, 2014
Pros: Value for money for both location, facilities and cleanliness.
Cons: TV Channels didn't match the guide.
Location: A short walk down the hill to Queen Street, but taxi home after a night out if you can't be bothered climbing the hill. Parking is minimal so book.
A home away from home in Auckland CBD. Well equipped small kitchen with most things you need. A small but well thought out living space that can be shifted around from kitchen to lounge to bar style depending on what you are up to. Clean & modern throughout with comfortable bedding and clean tidy bathroom. You even have an ipod dock and TV with good device connectivity. One small thing, if you don't like heights the windows are quite close to the bed, so go for a lower floor or keep the blinds shut if you get bad vertigo!

A Room With A ViewPosted May 13, 2014
Pros: Everything was in a clean and top condition. Comfortable beds and pillows. Well laid out and maintained.
Location: There is so much to do in Auckland and this location makes everything possible, so too much to right about. Close to motorway a definite bonus also.
I had three young women with me who were totally blown away with the room, the view and the premises in general. Having been on a marae for the previous week, this was like heaven to them and to have a room on the top floor with a view of the Museum, Rangitoto Island and the Sky Tower, just topped it off for them, especially when all the lights came on. Needless to say they took a lot of photos. The beds were super comfortable and even though we only stayed the one night, I would highly recommend these premises to others. Thank you for making the experience a memorable one.

Very pleasant apartment hotel in central location.Posted May 9, 2014
Pros: Price,good facilities,modern,clean,central.
Cons: Couldn't think of anything. The only minor downside was traffic noise, which could hardly be avoided in the CBD.
Location: Within easy walking distance of Auckland city centre, Queen St, waterfront, & Domain. A pleasantly leafy corner of the city centre.
We were extremely pleased by our stay at St Martins. We came to Auckland for a weekend away & thought it great value - fairly central location within walking distance of the city centre, neat clean modern room, & helpful staff. Our room had a balcony giving a great view of the city & harbour.
